You will visit Cape Pur-Navolok, the founding place of Arkhangelsk. In the Living Rooms of the Courtyards, along the powerful walls of which even today one can imagine how three centuries ago trade was noisy behind them.

The guide will show and tell you about the Assumption Church, the island of Solombala — the cradle of the Russian navy and much more. Two hours of the tour — and a lot of new impressions, knowledge about the history of Russia and the development of the Russian North, about modern life and the past of Arkhangelsk.

Majestic firs and pines, delicate grasses, dense forests and clearings, hills and lowlands, a wide horizon and inviting distance. And against this background, the wooden architecture of the North, the simplicity of natural materials and the rigor of forms.

After a noisy and dusty city, it is easy to breathe here, the eye rejoices in natural and architectural forms, the silence is soothing.

    about provider
I really enjoyed the trip—thanks to the tour managers! Everything was well-organized and clearly planned. I especially appreciated how quickly they responded to any questions I had and explained everything patiently. Even though I was traveling solo, all the excursions felt lively and engaging. It was a bit disappointing that the last tour was canceled, but I appreciated the advance notice, which gave me the chance to arrange a visit on my own. I’ll definitely recommend you!
