Day 1 - Departure to Listvyanka village, sightseeing tour
10:00 Gathering of the group at the Irkutsk airport.

Transfer to the village. Listvyanka (65 km) – one of the oldest Russian settlements on the shores of the great lake.

From time immemorial, Listvyanka has been the Gateway to Lake Baikal.

Now it has turned into a tourist center, with equipped attractions, museums, cafes, restaurants, hotels and riding centers.

On the way, we recommend visiting the architectural and ethnographic museum "Taltsy" (for an additional fee), where you can not only see the wooden architecture and life of the peoples of the Baikal region, but also taste real Siberian pancakes with butter in the "Refectory".

In Listvyanka, we will take a sightseeing tour of the village with a visit to the observation deck of the famous Shaman stone, listen to the romantic legend of Lake Baikal, visit the current Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is the patron saint of all travelers and navigators.

Those who want to learn more about Lake Baikal can go on an excursion to the Baikal Ecological Museum (for an additional fee), where there are many exhibits telling about the inhabitants of Lake Baikal, they can even be seen live in aquariums located in the museum.

For indefatigable travelers, there is an opportunity to take a boat ride on Lake Baikal (for an additional fee), walk or ride ATVs (for an additional fee) along the forest shore of this picturesque lake.

This eventful day will end with a visit to the souvenir market adjacent to the fish rows, where you will be offered all the variety of Baikal fish cooked in various ways.

Return to Irkutsk.

Day 2 - Departure to Olkhon Island – Khuzhir village
After breakfast, we will take a minibus to Olkhon Island along the road going through the steppes past ancient Buryat villages, through the picturesque spurs of the Baikal ridge, the Siberian taiga, which then again give way to the Mongolian landscapes of the Tazheran steppe.
Olkhon Island is the largest of the 26 islands of Lake Baikal, its geographical, historical and sacred center, even in its shape resembling the outlines of a lake.
We will cross to the island by a large ferry.
You will see both the "Small" and "Big" seas – two parts of Lake Baikal, separated by Olkhon, and the famous Olkhon Gate Strait, which runs between the island and the mainland.
Another 40 km across the island and we are in the village of Khuzhir, the capital of the island.

Length: 320 km. Travel time: 6 hours. Transfer by regular tourist transport to the Small Sea.

Day 3 - Car tour to Cape Khoboy
An all–day excursion to Cape Khoboy, the northern tip of the island, near the widest part of Lake Baikal.

On the way you will be able to see all the variety of Baikal natural landscapes concentrated on the island: steppes with deep bays, sand dunes, mixed deciduous forests with areas of relict spruce forest, picturesque cliffs on the shore of marble covered with red lichens.

From the cape, which offers panoramic views of the northern part of Lake Baikal, in good weather you can see the outlines of the Ushkany Islands and the Holy Nose Peninsula.

A walk around the area, during which the guide will tell you about the legends, traditions and customs associated with these places.

And if the local gods are quite complacent, they will give you the opportunity to see the unique Baikal seal, the only freshwater relative of the seal.

Return to the campsite.

Day 4 - Getting to know the surroundings of Olkhon and the culture of Buryatia
Free days on the island.

If desired (for an additional fee), you can visit a real Buryat village, where you will get acquainted with the way of life, traditions, lifestyle of the Buryat people, as well as taste national dishes of Buryat cuisine.

And also take a boat tour of the islands of the Small Sea or visit the island of Ogoy (for an additional fee.a fee), on which a Buddhist stupa is located.

For fans of active travel, we offer a ride along the coast on bicycles or ATVs (for an additional fee.for a fee), and those who like to bask in the sun will find a sandy beach and a warm bay.

Day 7 - Return to Irkutsk
After breakfast, fees and room release.
Transfer to Irkutsk by bus (320 km, ~7 hours).
On the way, stop for lunch at a roadside cafe (for an additional fee.payment).
The end of the program is in the city center.
The estimated time of arrival is 18:00.

It is located in the historical center of Irkutsk, on the central square, within walking distance from the Administration, the city embankment, public transport stops. Within walking distance of all the main attractions, shopping malls, the central market. The distance to the train station is 2 km, to the airport is 8 km.

It offers 300 rooms of various categories with a total capacity of 502 seats, three restaurants (English pub, Chinese and European cuisine), a lobby bar, a sauna with a font and a relaxation area, a billiard VIP club, guarded car parking. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Kopylov Manor Mini-Hotel

It is located in the central part of the village of Khuzhir, Olkhon Island. The estate is made of wood, the first floors of the houses are made of environmentally friendly round larch timber. On the territory of the estate there are detached two-storey houses and a 2-storey building.

The cabins on the ground floor can accommodate up to 4 people, the second floor – 1-2-bed accommodation. Each house has its own courtyard with a table and benches where you can gather and relax with your company. In each: table, chairs, bedside tables, mats, hanger, mirror. Each house has a separate washbasin. Amenities (a rustic toilet and well-appointed showers) are located on site.

The two-storey building has eight semi-comfortable rooms (bathroom on the floor) and two comfortable rooms on the floor (bathroom in the room). Each room has two wooden beds, a table, two chairs, a hanger, a mirror, two bedside tables and bedside mats. The well-appointed rooms are equipped with a TV. The rooms have 24-hour electricity.
