Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting with Lake Baikal
Excursions in the tour (order) can be rearranged by day without changing the volume and quality of services provided.
Gathering of the group at the Irkutsk airport (no later than 10 a.m.).
Transfer Irkutsk – Buguldeika (a small Buryat village at the mouth of the Buguldeika River).
The transfer takes 4-5 hours.
Lunch at a cafe where you can get acquainted with the national Buryat cuisine.
Today we have to pack kayaks and prepare for the upcoming trip and, of course, celebrate our first, such a long-awaited meeting with Lake Baikal!
Accommodation at the campsite.

Day 2 - The beginning of the alloy
Safety instructions.
The journey begins!
We learn to drive a kayak, work in a crew and do not forget to admire the beauty of Lake Baikal.
To our right, the Primorsky Ridge appeared in all its splendor.
Throughout our journey, he will surprise us with his rocky cliffs, taiga slopes, and unforgettable landscapes.
We will stay for the night in a picturesque place (depending on the capabilities of the group, weather conditions).
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner (camping).
Day 3 - Sandy Bay
We continue the journey.
We will see Cape Holey, famous for its arch, under which you can go by kayak.
Today we arrive at an amazing place – Sandy Bay!
Like two watchtowers, the bay is framed by pyramidal rocks – the Small and Large bell towers.
Accommodation at the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner (camping).
Day 4 - Climbing the observation cliff
Ascent to the Obzor Rock (2-2.5 hours), from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the perfectly correct semi-oval of the bay!
A picturesque sandy beach is at our disposal.
There are still famous "stilted" trees in Peschanaya Bay, but unfortunately they are no longer the largest specimens.

Day 5 - Vacation in B. Goloustny
We continue our journey through Lake Baikal.
4 km from the Small Bell Tower there is a rock called Baklaniy kamen, shaped like a watchtower.
Our path passes by her.
Today we arrive in Bolshoe Goloustnoe in an area called Podkamenye.
Accommodation at the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner (camping).
Day 6 - Day of rest and excursions
Breakfast.
Today we will overcome the 6-kilometer mouth of the Goloustnaya River.
It flows into Lake Baikal in a beautiful delta!
We arrive at the village of Bolshoe Goloustnoe.
Excursions to choose from, if this day is left unused:
climb to the observation peak, which offers a picturesque view of the huge Goloustnaya River delta and the relict poplar grove.
a walk (pedestrian part of about 8 km) along a picturesque forest path to a lake hidden in the depths of the taiga forest, which is filled only once every 4 years with spring water having healing properties. The rest of the time, the lake remains waterless, and looks more like a clearing strewn with meadow flowers.
Lunch is a picnic.
In the evening, transfer Goloustnoe – Irkutsk.
Accommodation at the hotel.
The final dinner at the cafe is to your taste (self-paid).
Meals included: breakfast, lunch-picnic (camping).
Day 7 - Departure
Breakfast.
Self-service transfer to the airport/train station.

The trip left only positive impressions. The tour took us from Buguldeika to Bolshoy Goloustnoye, covering about 70 km by kayak. Lake Baikal delighted us with its changing weather—clear skies and rain added to the adventure, making the journey even more unforgettable. Each day brought new natural wonders: mountains, forests, caves, arches, and sandy beaches. I highly recommend experiencing the energy of Lake Baikal through kayaking.
