Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting, Olkhon Island, Khuzhir village
The journey begins! We meet at Irkutsk airport, get acquainted and go to Olkhon Island.
On the way, we will stop at a cafe and have lunch with national Buryat and Siberian dishes.
A little more – and our first acquaintance with the Baikal ice will take place!
To get to Olkhon Island, we will drive along an ice crossing — several tens of kilometers on the ice of a frozen lake.
We arrive in the village of Khuzhir, settle in, have a little rest and then go to get acquainted with the local spirits, legends, and visit the Shamanka rock shrine.
Having joined the local climate, we return to the hotel, warm up with a delicious and hearty dinner, and relax.

Day 2 - A trip across the ice to Cape Khoboy
Today we will have an interesting tour of the northern part of Olkhon.
We will show you the coolest things — fabulous caves, ice caves and insanely beautiful ice.
We will make a stop at Cape Sagan-Khushun, where you can usually see beautiful ice statues.
After the picnic, we will go to the very north – Cape Khoboy, the ice is especially mobile here, and beautiful blue hummocks form every year.
We will have a picnic lunch on the ice of the lake, and a lot of impressions.
Also today we will take skates with us to ride on the icy expanses of the lake.

Day 3 - Transfer from Olkhon Island to Listvyanka village by airboat
Today we will have a real ice crossing from Olkhon Island to Listvyanka village!
We will make the whole trip on the Hivus, a safe hovercraft.
There are many cool photo locations and the most famous ice spots ahead!
First, we will visit Ogoy Island and Cape Kobylya Golova, famous for their beautiful ice splashes, favorite places of photographers and travelers.
Our next stop is Sandy Bay with its stilted trees.
Here we will walk among the transparent ice hummocks and climb to the observation deck to see the icy expanses from above.
After that, we will stop in the village of Bolshoe Goloustnoe, where we will take pictures against the background of the famous Baikal bubbles!
In the evening, arrival at Listvyanka village, accommodation at the hotel, dinner.
Dinner in a cozy hotel, leisurely conversations, viewing photos and, of course, rest and a good, sound sleep.

The tour provides accommodation in a double room of the standard category in a hotel on Olkhon and in a hotel in Listvyanka:

Khuzhir – Baikal Terra Hotel/similar;
Listvyanka – “By the Lake”/"Baikal cedar"/ similar.

The surcharge for single accommodation is 12,000 rubles.

Baikal Terra Hotel is located in a picturesque area of the village of Khuzhir, 150 m from Lake Baikal.

The rooms are decorated in a rustic style and feature a wardrobe and a desk. Some rooms have a private bathroom. The rooms are located in two- and three-storey buildings.

There is a cafe on site. Barbecue facilities are also available. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including horse riding and hiking.

Irkutsk Airport and Irkutsk Train Station are 300 km from Baikal Terra Hotel.
