Itinerary

Day 1 - Group meeting. The Baikal Museum in the village of Listvyanka. Departure to the village of Slyudyanka
We will meet at Irkutsk airport terminal No. 3 at 10:00 a.m. (You can have coffee and a snack in the neighboring terminal No. 2).
A trip to the Listvyanka Village Museum along the scenic road that runs along the Angara River.
The museum is unique, it will tell you about the uniqueness of the lake and why it is still so clean.
Lunch in Listvyanka (at your own expense).
We will visit the market, where people come all year round to buy fish.
You can buy yourself something that you like, whether it's salted or smoked fish.
We recommend you to try cold and hot smoked omul.
Transfer to the village of Slyudyanka along the road among the mountains and departure to the observation point.
It offers a panoramic view of the Southern part of Lake Baikal.
Supper.
Overnight at the recreation center, 4-5-bed rooms with outdoor facilities.
Note: in case of delay for any reason, tourists catch up with the group on their own.
We recommend that you arrive the day before the start of the tour

Day 2 - The beginning of the campaign. Ascent to the Hamar-Daban weather station
We have breakfast and start walking to the weather station on the Hamar-Daban ridge (18 km).
Everyone has personal belongings in their backpacks for 2-3 days (some can be left in the storage room at the recreation center), food and equipment.
The first 10 km. you can get there by car (if the group is large in two stages), the cost of renting a car is paid additionally.
The road will pass by a marble quarry (huge pieces of marble lie right on the road), then we will overcome several water crossings.
Lunch is a snack.
Then, on foot and with backpacks, we will go to the weather station along a picturesque trail.
If you want to go without a backpack and cargo, then you should warn us before the route so that we can hire you a horse or a porter for an additional fee (9 km on foot with a climb).
In the evening, we rest, have dinner and spend the night in tents (possibly at the recreation center for an additional fee. payment).
Meals included: breakfast, lunch snack, dinner.
Route duration: on foot ~ 27 km.

Day 3 - Climbing Chersky Peak. Heart Lake. Waterfalls of the Komkarnaya River
We have breakfast, take our jackets and a snack with us and start climbing Chersky Peak, where we will have an overview of Lake Heart.
At the beginning there will be a small serpentine, which we will overcome along the forest road.
At the same time, we will have an amazing panorama of the mountain peaks and the surroundings of the Khamar-Daban range, and then our route will go with the lowest climb.
On the saddle leading directly to the Peak, you can see how the transparent lake Heart is located below (after swimming in it, you need to make a wish, and it will come true).
Climbing to the top of Chersky Peak (2,090 m), we will see picturesque views of the "Siberian Alps".
The way back lies along the same path, where you will return to the tree with offerings for local spirits with colored ribbons or pennies.
The lush vegetation and abundance of flowers make this place truly beautiful.
Descent.
We have lunch (possibly dry rations) and for those who go to the waterfalls, descent to the Yarnaya River, for those who are tired, descent to the base camp.
By the decision of the guide, or for those who still have a lot of strength, a walking tour to the waterfalls of the Yarnaya River.
Amazing cascade of waterfalls — 14 pcs.
Each waterfall is unique and original in its own way.

Day 4 - Descent to the recreation center. Excursion to the Museum of minerals on request
Breakfast.
Descent along the trail (18 km to the recreation center).
The participants have personal belongings, equipment and snacks in their backpacks.
Lunch near the cafe area, which is located by the Slyudyanka River.
The water is clean, transparent and quenches thirst well.
Continuation of the descent (transportation can be ordered in advance for an additional fee. payment to the database).
Return to the recreation center.
Sauna on request (on-site payment).
Optional excursion to the private museum of minerals (entrance is charged separately).
A unique museum!
It is located nearby, only 200 meters away.
The museum exhibits more than 10,000 samples from many deposits of the former USSR and from abroad.
But, of course, the most valuable are the magnificent samples of the Slyudyansk deposits.

Day 5 - Departure to Olkhon Island. Shamanka Rock Walk
We have breakfast and go on a walk to the railway or car station.
Transfer to Irkutsk by car (depending on the number of people) or by train along a scenic road.
Arrival in Irkutsk.
Getting permission from the national park and products for the next part (takes about 1 hour).
Departure to Olkhon Island as part of the national team (MRC stop).
The road goes through the steppe expanses, where the Baikal Mountains are visible in the distance.
On the way, we will have lunch at a cafe (payment is made on the spot).
Transfer to Olkhon is carried out by public ferry.
In case of a huge traffic jam, after moving by ferry, we leave by another means of transport (usually by UAZ).
Each participant carries out the ferry crossing with their own and group items independently.
Accommodation at a recreation center with outdoor facilities (bases of such a plan as Olkhon, As Houses, Coast of Hope, etc.).
An additional payment for 2 seats is made in advance.
Walk to the shore of Lake Baikal and Shamanka rock.
Dinner on your own at any cafe.
Meals included: breakfast.
Route duration: by car — to Irkutsk 3 hours, to Olkhon — 5-6 hours.

Day 6 - Sightseeing trip to Cape Hoboy
Breakfast.
Sightseeing tour of Olkhon by UAZ to Cape Khoboy.
Khoboy is a place of power, a holy place and just a "super" picturesque place in the north of the island of Olkhon.
From the sea, the rock looks like a fang, and we will see this later, and it also resembles the profile of a woman, as on ancient Greek galleys.
Lunch with Baikal fish soup (depends on the season and the availability of fish), very tasty and our tourists always talk about it with delight.
Also, if possible, we will visit three rocks — three Brothers, a rock where you can ask for children (they remind you of the woman who lies on the island).
There are amazing views of Lake Baikal everywhere.

Day 7 - Free day or additional excursions. Caves in AYA Bay or a trip to Ogoy Island
Breakfast.
Guided tours of your choice (for an additional fee payment): Caves, the Sacred Stupa or the South of Olkhon.
The groups are combined.
The whole group needs to decide within the first 5 days.
Departure to the caves is closer to lunch.
Waterproof suits, hard hats, and flashlights are provided.
Be sure to take warm clothes, water, and a snack.
Return to the recreation center in 4-5 hours.
Sacred Stupa - excursion to Ogoy Island, with a visit to the Buddhist stupa.
There you will go through three stages, past, future and present.

The tour provides accommodation at camp sites in the village. Slyudyanka and Olkhon Island have Economy rooms for 3-5 people (on-site amenities), as well as overnight stays in tourist tents for 3-4 people:

in the village Slyudyanka (2 nights: 1st, 4th days) – recreation centers "Silver Spring", "Edelweiss", "Gennady's Place", "Zhigalov's Shelter" or recreation centers of the same category;
tourist tents at the Hamar-Daban weather station (2 nights: 2nd, 3rd days);
Olkhon Island (3 nights: 5th, 6th, 7th days) – recreation centers like Olkhon, Like Houses, the Coast of Hope, or recreation centers of the same category.

Double and single accommodation in tents and camp sites is not included in the price of the tour and is paid additionally when booking the tour.

It's important to know

a backpack for women with a volume of at least 70-80 liters, for men 80-90 liters.;

Clothing, shoes, etc.:

Important! It is mandatory to have the following documents on the entire route: a passport, a compulsory medical insurance policy, a birth certificate for the child, a certificate from a therapist if there are chronic diseases (the tourist assumes responsibility for his health on the tour).

The requirement for a set of "personal belongings" is nothing superfluous and heavy, since you will also have to carry food (about 600-800g. per day per person) for the entire route and group equipment (tents, axes, boilers, etc.).
