Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Meeting with Lake Baikal. Visit to the Baikal Museum and Chersky Peak

    Meeting at 11:00 a.m., at the Irkutsk airport (near the information desk on the 1st floor). 

    Transfer to the village of Listvyanka (70 km). 

    The beautiful Angara will appear in front of the village of Listvyanka. 

    The trip takes 60 minutes and is very scenic.

    We make a small ascent to the Chersky stone and a panoramic view of the Angara opens in front of us. 

    Visit to the museum, with full information about Lake Baikal. 

    Lunch in the village of Listvyanka (payment on site). 

    Accommodation at the economy class recreation center. 

    Accommodation for 2-3-4 people.

    Preparation and inspection of equipment (skis, skates, poles — for those who took with them or rented. It will be much easier to walk if you have a sled or a travois with you. In this case, the sleigh can be ordinary, children's. On request, rental is possible). 

    If there is time, an inspection of Lake Baikal according to the state of snow on ice. 

    In good weather, photos of the sunset right on the ice. 

    Dinner on our own (we try the local cuisine).

The tour provides accommodation in the villages of Listvyanka, Bolshye Koty, Bolshoe Goloustnoe at economy class recreation centers for 3-5 people in a room and at Cape Kadilny (overnight in a warm house. There are two rooms for 4 and 10 people with bunk beds, stove heating. Group accommodation in one building. There are no double and single rooms here).

Facilities on the floor or in a separate warm room, in the Censer - on the street.

The surcharge for 2-bed accommodation is 2,600 rubles/person.

The surcharge for 1-bed accommodation is 5000 rubles/person.

It is necessary to have with you:

  1. Passport (for children — birth certificate).
  2. A compulsory medical insurance policy.
  3. A certificate from a therapist, if there are chronic diseases (the tourist takes responsibility for his health on the tour).

Necessary personal equipment for winter and spring travel:

Equipment and accessories:

  1. A backpack for personal belongings of 60 liters.
  2. The headlamp.
  3. Sunglasses.
  4. Spoon, mug, cup, knife.
  5. Matches, or a lighter.
  6. An individual first aid kit (with the necessary set of personal and specific medicines no more than 200 grams by weight).
  7. Sunburn products (required in the mountains and traveling on the ice of Lake Baikal).

Necessary clothes:

  • Lingerie.
  • Thermal underwear 1 pc.
  • A jacket, fleece, etc. (preferably made of modern materials).
  • Storm suit – jacket + trousers. Availability is mandatory. The jacket is insulated with a hood. Trousers – protection from wind and moisture. You can use a ski suit.
  • Socks are simple (or trekking) — 2 pairs.
  • Wool socks (trekking, insulated).
  • Shoes preferably 2 pairs (trekking boots or other warm boots with a warm insole, without high heels, boots).
  • Trekking poles are recommended only for hiking routes, combined at the discretion of the participants.
  • Warm sports hat — 2 pcs.
  • Personal hygiene products (toothbrush and paste, toilet paper, etc.).
  • Insulated gloves and winter mittens.

Note: if special equipment is not included in the price of the tour, it can be rented from the company by notifying your manager in advance.

Important! It is mandatory to have the following documents on the entire route – a passport, a compulsory medical insurance policy, and a birth certificate for the child.
