Windproof clothing
In addition to the basic things, let your luggage be accompanied by sweatpants and a jacket. Both items should cover the lower back, ideally contain membrane fabrics (which allow clothes not to get wet and at the same time "breathe"). Pleasant moments are the presence of ventilation, pockets, reflective elements and puffs. Look at the products of companies such as Red Fox, Sivera, Bask, Marmot, Salewa.
Insulation
We recommend that you bring a sweatshirt and trousers from Polartec. It is a very pleasant to the body, warm, lightweight and quick-drying material. On Baikal evenings, you will be very comfortable in clothes made of such fabric. The recommended brands are the same as for jackets and trousers.
Footwear
Shoes are an extremely important point in your journey. Ideally, a shoe /sneaker should contain a minimum of seams, should contain membrane fabrics, fix the ankle rigidly and sit comfortably on the foot. The shoes are taken in size. Please note that there are also mountain boots — you will not need them. On your tour, it is better to take light trekking sneakers or sandals.
