Along the route, you will climb the mountains of the Southern Urals, rafting along the main waterway of Bashkiria, visit a cave with rock paintings of the Paleolithic era! The experience of participating in horse-water hikes is not required. Each participant will receive communication skills with horses, horse riding training. 

For a more comfortable stay on horseback along the route, car support is provided, carrying equipment and backpacks.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Group meeting, tour of the village of Kaga, horse riding in the vicinity of the village

    Meeting of the group in Ufa:

    Group transfer to Kaga village (300 km) is charged separately.

    10:00 Meeting of the group at the main entrance UFA Department Store (October Avenue, 31).

    Meeting of tourists in Beloretsk (car and railway station):

    Group transfer to Kaga village (80 km) is charged separately.

    • on the day of arrival from 04:00 to 06:00, transfer, breakfast. Check-in to the room before check-out time is possible subject to availability.
    • on the eve of the day of arrival from 20:00 to 22:00 (subject to payment for group transfer and additional nights at the campsite).

    Independent check-in at the campsite (Beloretsky district, village of Kaga):

    From 12:00 to 14:00 local time (difference from Moscow time +2 hours) on the day of arrival.

    If parking for private cars is required during the tour, then it is paid additionally, according to the price list.

    Lunch in the dining room with a panoramic view of the Ural Mountains and the village of Kaga. 

    Safety instructions on the route. 

    Introductory horse-riding trip in the vicinity of the village (~ 2 hours, ~ 8 km). 

    Getting to know the horse that will be your best friend for the next five days; in practice, learn how to properly saddle horses and consolidate riding skills on the first radial walk. 

    Excursion "The history of the village of Kaga and the Ural ironworks" (~ 40-60 min.). 

    Kaga is one of the most original villages in Bashkiria, located between two rivers — the wise White and the playful Kaga. 

    The village was founded in the first half of the 18th century, in the southern part of the Ural Mountains and for several centuries has experienced a rich and interesting history: the construction of an ironworks of the Demidov dynasty and at the same time the rapid development of the village, the ordeal of fire and famine after a fire, miraculous healing from typhus, etc. 

    We will tell you how the villagers managed to preserve their flavor, hear their dialect, learn about holidays and customs that are celebrated only here.

Tengri Campsite 4 nights

A tourist complex in which buildings built at the end of the 19th century (the estate of the mining hospital) and modern domed houses harmoniously coexist. On the territory there is a separate building of the kitchen-dining room, the house of the administrator of the campsite, baths, guest houses, a parking place for vehicles.

Each domed house has an area of 60 m2, 3 rooms (2-3 beds) and 2 shared bathrooms. Room facilities: single/double beds with orthopedic mattresses, cabinets /shelves for storage, mirror. Heating/water supply/sewerage-centralized.

Single room accommodation is possible (subject to availability for an additional fee at the campsite).

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour

Casual Set:

  • at least 2 pairs of trousers: 
    • woolen or cotton;
    • nylon or bolognese (jeans are not recommended); 
  • several T-shirts and long sleeve shirts;
  • windbreaker/raincoat;
  • hat and cap; 
  • a sweater or a sweater; 
  • several changes of socks (cotton and wool) and underwear;
  • bathing suit;
  • athletic shoes for walking in the forest and on mountain trails (preferably two pairs of sneakers), sandals that hold well on the foot. 

For recreation on water routes (river rafting), you need:

  • warm clothes, preferably made of natural wool, because only wool warms even in water;
  • the best shoes for rafting are sneakers, sneakers or any other lightweight lace–up shoes with a woolen sock;
  • to protect your hands from cold water, it is better to stock up on protective cream or fat, or have leather gloves. 

Don't forget:

  • washing accessories;
  • personal first aid kit;
  • insect bites remedies;
  • sunscreen kerm;
  • sunglasses;
  • flashlight;
  • a camping towel; 
  • photo/video equipment (in a waterproof case), charger.
