Itinerary

Day 1 - Group meeting, Ufa city tour, Nugush reservoir
10:00 Meeting of the group in Ufa at the central entrance of the UFA department store (October Avenue, 31).
Ufa city tour with a visit to one of the museums of the capital.
The history of one of the most beautiful cities in Russia: old wooden houses and high-rise stone buildings, narrow streets and wide avenues, large squares and beautiful parks.
Lunch.
Bus trip to the Nugush reservoir (250 km).
The Nugush reservoir and the nearby national Park are the favorite vacation spots in Bashkiria. The reservoir, often referred to as the "sea" or "lake", is surrounded by picturesque ridges.
In the immediate vicinity of the mountains, surrounded by forests, amazing natural monuments of the Southern Urals.
Next to the Nugush reservoir (on the Nugush River) is the Yumaguzinsky reservoir (on the Belaya River).

Day 2 - Bashkiria National Park, recreation at the Nugush reservoir
Breakfast.
A walk along the ecotrope in the Bashkiria National Park, located on the western spurs of the Southern Urals in the interfluve of the Nugush and Belaya rivers.
Rest on the Nugush reservoir.
Lunch.
At the request of the group, a sightseeing boat tour of the Nugush reservoir is possible (for an additional fee).
Return to the campsite.
Supper.
Car travel per day is 25 km.

Day 3 - Voskresenskaya Art Gallery, Shikhany, Krasnousolsky resort
Early breakfast.
Transfer to the village of Voskresenskoye (45 km).
Excursion to the Voskresenskaya Art Gallery.
The art gallery of the village of Voskresenskoye was opened on November 6, 1971. The founders of the gallery are famous artists — pupils of the Moscow Secondary Art School, who survived the war in the evacuation in the village of Voskresenskoye.
Transfer to Shikhanov (80 km).
Lunch.
A walk at the foot of Shihan (without climbing).
The Shihans are unique natural monuments — the remains of ancient coral reefs formed in the warm sea of the Devonian period.
Until now, corals, sponges, echinoderms and algae, which are about 300 million years old, can be found in clusters of fossils there.
Transfer to Gafuri district (50 km).
Sightseeing tour of the Krasnousolsky resort, including the Tabyn Chapel, the place of the appearance of the holy icon of the Tabyn Mother of God; Holy springs (mineral and healing water).
The uniqueness of the Krasnousolsky resort is that here, on an area of only 15 hectares, about 250 springs of mineral waters are knocked out of the bowels of the earth.
Each of them differs in a set of specific trace elements and has a unique effect on the human body.

Transfer to the village of Imendyashevo (60 km).

Day 4 - Ukly-Kaya rock, acquaintance with Bashkir costume, koumiss tasting
Breakfast.
Radial walking in the vicinity of the village Imendyashevo with a visit to the Ukly-Kaya rock (180 m above the level of the Zilim).
Translated from Bashkir, Ukly-Kai means "Strelnaya Mountain". According to legend, young Bashkirs shot at the rock before their marriage. If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the young man had become a man. To confirm the legend, arrowheads were often found on the slopes of the cliff.
Acquaintance with Bashkir culture: a story about national Bashkir costumes, a photo shoot in national costumes.
Koumiss tasting.

Day 5 - Excursion "The history of the village of Kaga and the Ural ironworks", museum "House of a factory peasant of the 19th century"
Breakfast.
Bus trip to the mountainous and forested areas of the Southern Urals to the ancient Russian village of Kaga (250 km).
Along the way, landscapes change from the Ural steppes to the majestic Ural mountains. Part of the route passes through the territory of the South Ural State Nature Reserve.
In good weather, you can enjoy a view of the highest peak of the Southern Urals — Bolshoy Yaman-Tau.
Lunch.
Accommodation at the campsite.
Acquaintance with the history of the area and inspection of the architectural monument — St. Nicholas Church.
Excursion "The history of the village of Kaga and the Ural ironworks".
Visit to the museum "House of a factory peasant of the 19th century": immersion in the life of mining peasants, memorable photos in folk costumes.
Possible replacement: a master class "modeling dumplings", a visit to a private open-air museum of minerals.

Day 6 - Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve
Breakfast.
Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve (100 km).
Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve.
The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the core of the purebred aboriginal population of the honey bee — the Burzyansk honey bee ("burzyanki") in the conditions of bee—keeping - Bashkir folk craft.
This reserve turned out to be the world's first zone protecting native wild bees.
Tourists will have the opportunity to taste on-board honey (for an additional fee in season).
Acquaintance with the object of natural and cultural heritage included in the UNESCO World Heritage tentative list: a unique monument of the Paleolithic era — the cave "Shulgan-Tash" (Kapova cave).
Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings on the walls — images of animals.
Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in the caves of Spain and France.
Regardless of the time of year, the cave has a constant temperature of +7 Celsius. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm clothes with you.

Day 7 - Bashkir State Nature Reserve
Breakfast.
Car transfer to the Bashkir State Reserve (30 km) — the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals.
The reserve lies in the part of the Urals where its main ranges Kraka and Ural Tau lose their meridional direction and break up into a network of very complexly constructed hills.
The acquaintance with the museum and excursion complex of the reserve will begin with the history and nature features of the reserve and the Southern Urals, and will end with a walk along the eco-trail to the observation tower.
You can watch them at the deer enclosure, learn interesting facts about their horns and take memorable photos.
Lunch.
Transfer to Ufa.
Arrival at 21:00 (local time) at the starting point of the route.
