Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting. Glamping
Meeting at Ufa airport.
Lunch at the ethno-cafe “Ural” with delicious traditional Bashkir dishes, Inzer village (included in the price).
Check-in at the glamping park "Arsky Kamen".
Dinner (imported, included in the price).
Horseback riding is optional and for an additional fee (for guests over 18 years old, 1,000 rubles/1 hour).

Day 2 - Shulgan-Tash Cave. Sterlitamak
Visit to the Shulgan-Tash cave, the Kapova Cave Museum, the museum of beekeeping, lunch at the museum cafe (distribution line, at your own expense).
A visit to the healthy Krasnousolsky mineral springs, the Usolka geological section.
Sterlitamak is a merchant city of Bashkiria.
Check-in at the Ashkadar Hotel.
Dinner (at your own expense in the restaurant).

Day 3 - Mount Toratau. Apiary. The Holy spring. The village of Voskresenskoye
Breakfast at the hotel (included in the price).
Visit to the visitor center at Mount Toratau, ascent to Shikhan, visit to the kolodno-borte apiary (seasonal, until October), lunch with Bashkir dishes (included in the price).
A master class in real archery (for an additional fee).
Visit to the Monastery of St. Varvara Skvorchikhinskaya and the holy spring, the water in which will help to be spiritually cleansed.
A visit to the village of Voskresenskoye, where the Church of the Ascension and the Copper Smelter, the first in the Urals, are located.
Check-in at the Azur hotel, Nugush reservoir.

Day 4 - The Beyek Tau Ecotrope. Trout farming
Breakfast (included in the price).
A walk along the Beyek Tau ecotrope.
According to the season and weather conditions, for an additional fee: a visit to the Bashkir Goat eco-farm, Kutuk-4 caves, a boat trip, an all-terrain vehicle drop to the beautiful Kuperl waterfall and Karst Bridge.
Visit to the local trout farm
Dinner at the mountain restaurant-observation deck "Swallow's Nest", which offers stunning views of the Yumaguzinsky reservoir (seasonal, until October, included in the price).

It's important to know

comfortable NON-SLIP and non-wet shoes, non-chafing boots, non-rag sneakers, rubber boots (anyone has, optional);
assault backpack (hands should be free) ;
headdress (in summer, a baseball cap, a scarf, a scarf, in winter, a hat or buff, as well as a scarf);
comfortable things - pants, elongated socks, grab a sweater - it will be hot when climbing and descending, and the wind will be cool at the top;
tea in a thermos, water (1.5 l bottle per person is required!);
snack (required!) everyone takes it for himself. If you have canned food for a snack, take a can opener and a spoon;
an individual first aid kit;
cotton gloves (potato/ construction), as somewhere you will need to grab the stones (optional);
Scandinavian sticks (optional);
camera, power bank, phone charging cord;
insect repellents, if the tour involves visiting parks or other green areas (with an active substance composition of at least 0.2 or 20%) ;
a flashlight (preferably a headlamp, so as not to occupy your hands) and batteries for it;
