Itinerary

Day 1 - Excursion on the Krasnousolsky kurorort, photo shoot in national costumes, culinary master class
10:00 Meeting local time (difference from Moscow time + 2 hours) in Ufa, the central entrance of the UFA Department Store (October Avenue, 31).
Transfer to Krasnousolsk village (150 km).
Sightseeing tour of the Krasnousolsky resort, including the Tabyn Chapel, the place of the appearance of the holy icon of the Tabyn Mother of God; Holy springs (mineral and healing water).
The uniqueness of the Krasnousolsky resort is that here, on an area of only 15 hectares, about 250 springs of mineral waters are knocked out of the bowels of the earth.
Each of them differs in a set of specific trace elements and has a unique effect on the human body.
Those who wish can swim in the fonts.
Lunch.
Transfer to the village of Imendyashevo (60 km).
Arrival at the campsite. Accommodation in 2-bed rooms.

Day 2 - Radial horse riding with a visit to the Aktash rock, a visit to the horse yard, archery
Breakfast at the campsite.
Radial horse riding in the vicinity of the village Imendyashevo with a visit to the Aktash rock (~3 hours), an overview of the valley of the Zilim river.
Aktash Rock is a snow–white amphitheater of rock stretching for hundreds of meters along the bend of the Zilim River.
The cliff is composed of gypsum, which are traces of the ancient sea.
Those who wish will be able to climb the cliff and go to the observation deck, which offers a beautiful view.
Lunch at the campsite.
A visit to the horse yard, where you will get acquainted with the peculiarities of keeping Bashkir horses, learn the secrets of making koumiss and taste this drink.
Archery: feel like a real batyr and try your hand at marksmanship.

Day 3 - A walk with a visit to the Ukly-Kaya rock
Breakfast.
Radial walking in the vicinity of the village Imendyashevo with a visit to the Ukly-Kaya rock (180 m above the level of Zilim).
Translated from Bashkir, Ukly-Kai means "Strelnaya Gora".
According to legend, young Bashkirs shot at the rock before their marriage. If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the young man had become a man. In confirmation of the legend, arrowheads were often found on the slopes of the cliff.
Lunch.
Transfer to the village of Kaga (250 km).

Day 4 - Excursions in the village of Kaga, Bashkir State Reserve
Breakfast.
Excursion "The history of the village of Kaga and the Ural ironworks".
Kaga is one of the most distinctive villages in Bashkiria, located between two rivers – the wise White and the playful Kaga.
The village was founded in the first half of the 18th century, in the southern part of the Ural Mountains and for several centuries has experienced a rich and interesting history: the construction of an ironworks of the Demidov dynasty and at the same time the rapid development of the village, the ordeal of fire and famine after a fire, miraculous healing from typhus, etc.
We will tell you how the villagers managed to preserve their flavor, hear their dialect, learn about holidays and customs that are celebrated only here.
Visit to the museum "House of a factory peasant of the 19th century": immersion in the life of mining peasants, memorable photos in folk costumes.
Possible replacement: a master class "modeling dumplings", a visit to a private open-air museum of minerals.
Lunch in the dining room with a panoramic view of the Ural Mountains and the village of Kaga.
Car transfer to the Bashkir State Reserve (30 km) – the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals.
The reserve lies in the part of the Urals where its main ranges Kraka and Ural Tau lose their meridional direction and break up into a network of very complexly constructed hills.
The acquaintance with the museum and excursion complex of the reserve will begin with the history and peculiarities of the nature of the reserve and the Southern Urals, and will end with a walk along the ecotrope to the observation tower.
You can watch them at the deer enclosure, learn interesting facts about their horns and take memorable photos.

Day 5 - Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve, acquaintance with Bashkir culture, master class
Breakfast.
Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve (100 km).
Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve.
The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the core of the purebred aboriginal population of the honey bee – the Burzyansk honey bee ("burzyanki") in the conditions of bee–keeping - Bashkir folk craft.
This reserve turned out to be the world's first zone protecting native wild bees. Tourists will have the opportunity to taste on-board honey (for an additional fee in season).
Acquaintance with the object of natural and cultural heritage included in the UNESCO World Heritage tentative list: a unique monument of the Paleolithic era – the cave "Shulgan- Tash" (Kapova cave).
Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings on the walls – images of animals.
Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in the caves of Spain and France.
Regardless of the time of year, the cave has a constant temperature of +7 Celsius. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm clothes with you.
Lunch with elements of Bashkir cuisine.
Acquaintance with Bashkir customs.

Return to the campsite (100 km).

Day 6 - Horseback riding along the border of the Bashkir State Reserve
Breakfast.
Equestrian part: a walk along the border of the Bashkir State Reserve.
The route takes a step through a picturesque area with an overview of the ridges of the middle and southern Krak with pine, pine-birch and larch forests.
Departure is scheduled for ~ 4 hours (depends on weather conditions and the group's preparedness).
Late lunch.

Day 7 - Catamaran rafting
Breakfast.
Water part: catamaran rafting (~5 hours).
Preparation for the route: transfer to the starting point of the rafting, safety instructions, equipment, catamaran collection and "get on the water"!
The calm flow of the river, green shores and picturesque cliffs.
During the rafting, it is planned to stop for rest, lunch in the field and swimming.
Removal from the route and transfer to the base.
Recreation at the base.

Day 8 - Walk to Mount Grace, tasting, departure
Breakfast.
Walking distance to Mount Grace (~10 km).
The path will pass through the village to the pine forest to the observation point.
A sharp, almost hundred–meter cliff towards the bend of the Belaya River (Agidel), which offers a wonderful view, beautiful at any time of the year - an overview of the Bashtau ridge.
It is here that the best photos are taken against the background of the Urals.
Lunch.
"Over a cup of tea..." – tasting Bashkir honey, herbal tea and balms of local production.
Group transfer from Kaga village to Ufa (UFA department store, October Avenue, 31).

The tour provides accommodation at tourist bases. Standard 2-bed accommodation in a room, amenities in a room or in a cottage (1 bathroom for 2 rooms).

Tengri camp site: a tourist complex in which buildings built at the end of the 19th century (the estate of the mining hospital) and modern domed houses harmoniously coexist.

On the territory there is a detached kitchen-dining building, a camp site administrator's house, baths, guest houses for guests, a parking place for vehicles.

Check-out time: 12:00. In case of availability of seats/rooms, early check-in/ late check-out is possible. (for an additional fee. payment)

It's important to know
