Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold)

Mount Koltso is one of the Lermontov sites in Kislovodsk.
Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam). There is an opportunity to buy: jams, herbs, sweets.
Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls. On the territory of the campsite there is the ethnographic museum "Karachayevsky courtyard", national costumes for photos.
Additional expenses of 100 rubles (environmental fee on the territory of the campsite).
Return to the hotel ~ at 19:00.
OPTION II
Excursion "ZHELEZNOVODSK" at 14:20.
According to the program of the tour:
Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. It is located on the slopes of Mount Zheleznaya. It is famous for its calcium-rich waters. A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y.Lermontov, dacha of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.
Return to Pyatigorsk ~ at 18:00.

Day 4 - Elbrus or Dombay
OPTION I
The ELBRUS tour starts at 6:30.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast ~ at 8.00. at a roadside cafe. Breakfast for an additional fee (~ 200 rubles) — khychin (flatbread with cheese and potatoes or meat) and herbal tea.
Stop (~ 2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person — 900 rubles (2 levels are paid at once).
Stop (~ 3 hours) at Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus. Climbing on closed cable cars.
The 1st level rises to a height of 3,000 meters above sea level – the Stary Krugozor station.
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level – the Mir station.
The 3rd level rises to a height of 3,900 meters above sea level – Gara-Bashi station.

Dombay is the most famous tourist and ski center in the Western Caucasus.

The Ullu Muruju Mountain River is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet that you can drink from! Stop, photo, set of bottled water.
Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11.00.) — stop for ~ 4 hours. All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of the Moussa Achitara Mountain.

Excursion "Mountainous Ingushetia" at 5:30.
Only for Russian citizens. To visit the Republic of Ingushetia, in addition to the passport of the Russian Federation, tourists must have a permanent residence permit (not a temporary registration).
Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.
According to the program of the tour:

It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! PASSPORT and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let's have a T-shirt, a warm sweater, and a down vest on you. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than on the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
