Day 2 - Upper Balkaria
Excursion "Upper Balkaria" at 6:50, in the program:
The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was shot;
a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem waterfalls— the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus;
after the walk, a late breakfast is served for an additional fee from dishes of national Balkarian cuisine: kebabs, zhalbaur (liver), trout, khychiny, shurpa, homemade wine, tea on mountain herbs;
transfer to the Cherek gorge for about 2 hours;
the village of Verkhnyaya Balkaria in the Cherek gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people, an inspection of ancient towers;
Cherek Gorge — stop at the observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road;
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold);

Return to the hotel around 19:30.

Day 3 - Zheleznovodsk or Honey Waterfalls

Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk;
Tea house — free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jams, there is an opportunity to buy jams, herbs, sweets;
Honey waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls, an eco—collection of 100 rubles is paid separately.
There is an ethnographic museum on the territory of the campsite (for an additional fee), national costumes for photos. Return to the hotel at 19:00.
Option II Excursion "Zheleznovodsk" at 14:20.
Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y. Lermontov, dacha of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery.
As well as the monument to Alexander Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnovsky springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnovskaya playground, Cascade staircase.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 18:00.

Day 4 - Elbrus or Dombay
Option I Excursion "Elbrus" at 6:30.
People suffering from cardiovascular diseases are not recommended to climb cable cars!
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus. The highest mountain tour. Program:
breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee (Karachai khichins, tea on mountain herbs);
stop for about 2 hours at Cheget glade, two levels of the chairlift lift to a height of 3100 meters above sea level. for an additional fee of 900 rubles.;
stop for about 3 hours at the Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus. Climbing on closed cable cars, 3 levels are paid at once for 1800 rubles.:

Dombayskaya polyana at 11:00 — stop for about 4 hours. All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain, the cable car is paid separately - from 850 rubles.;

Day 5 - Mountainous Ingushetia
Excursion "Mountainous Ingushetia" at 5:30.
Only for Russian citizens. To visit the Republic of Ingushetia, tourists must have a permanent residence permit in addition to a Russian passport, not a temporary registration.

Documents:

The first and most important thing is the documents! Passport and birth certificate of the child if you are traveling with children. What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate.

Clothes:

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to wear several things at once. Let's have a T-shirt, a warm sweatshirt, and a down vest on you. You can always take off the top "layer" or, conversely, quickly insulate yourself. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take extra dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet).

Cosmetics:

Sunscreen is absolutely necessary to avoid sunburn! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than in the flat part. Don't forget your lipstick, because it's often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. And also sunglasses.
