Master the technique using the correct methodology and in a warm atmosphere, working with an instructor for 2 hours a day.

Experience this wonderful feeling of flying, rushing down the slope past the pines, when the speed takes your breath away.

There will be an opportunity to take an additional one. instructor services or, conversely, try the red route if you are ready.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting and preparation
Arrival, meeting of the participants.
Gathering of the group: Mineralnye Vody, airport or railway station at 16:00.
Selection and rental of equipment.
Check-in, dinner and organizational meeting: we discuss the plan and get acquainted.

Day 2 - The first steps on the slope
Access to the simplest green highway "Sputnik" (900 m).
Getting to know the equipment, the simplest techniques, the first descents.
The task of the day is to master braking and steady descent with speed control.
08:00-09:00 breakfast;
10:00-12:00 training;
12:00-14:00 lunch;
14:00-16:00 independent skating, skills consolidation.

Day 3 - More length, more confidence
We raise the stakes: we switch to the green route "Moon Express" (1600 m).
Working off yesterday's material, adding the right stance, weight transfer.
The transition from the "plow" to parallel skis.
08:00-09:00 breakfast;
10:00-12:00 training;
12:00-14:00 lunch;
14:00-16:00 independent roll-up (the most important stage for consolidating confidence).

Day 4 - First receptions and a new track
Morning: we roll up yesterday's material, learn hockey braking.
After that, we go out onto the blue highway. The first introduction to the new level!
08:00-09:00 breakfast;
10:00-12:00 skating with an instructor;
12:00-14:00 lunch;
14:00-16:00 independent roll-up and error correction.

Day 5 - Confidence on the blue highway
Storming the blue highway: we secure a confident descent.
We are working on the technique of turns and various techniques of riding on the bends of the track.
The second half of the day is a pleasure: we ride, enjoy and consolidate our skills.
08:00-09:00 breakfast;
10:00-12:00 skating with an instructor;
12:00-14:00 lunch;
14:00-16:00 free skiing and fun on the slopes.

Day 6 - Final and departure
Breakfast, transfer and free time.
Optional skating before lunch.
Departure at 12:00.
Place of completion of the tour: Mineralnye Vody, airport or railway station.

It's important to know

personal first aid kit if necessary;
outfits for photo shoots;
waterproof windproof jacket and warm clothes for mountain climbing;
a raincoat (preferably not a disposable one) or a membrane jacket;
pool accessories: swimsuit/swimming trunks, towels, slippers (not disposable);
sunglasses and cream: the sun is very active in the mountains;
comfortable clothes for the season;
comfortable sports hiking shoes for the season (not to be confused with sneakers and ballet flats!)
We recommend taking personal toiletries with you: a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers; shampoo, soap, shower gel and hairdryer are available in the rooms.
