Transfer to the legendary mountain village of Gunib. 

This is a real open-air museum, a natural mining and botanical garden with its own microclimate, flora and fauna. 

The history of the Caucasian War is connected with the village of Gunib. 

It was here that the Great Caucasian War ended, when in 1859 Imam Shamil surrendered to General Baryatinsky. 

The surroundings of the fatal village inspired Aivazovsky and other artists.

During an excursion to the Gunib Museum of Local Lore, you will get acquainted not only with the history of the village and the way of life of the inhabitants of Gunib, you will see rare exhibits: the table at which Emperor Alexander II had breakfast when he visited Gunib in 1871 and the medical instruments of Nikolai Ivanovich Pirogov, who took part in the Caucasian War, but you will also feel like a real mountaineer or a mountain girl and take beautiful photos in national costumes.

The ghost village of Gamsutl, a stunning view from the side of the village of Gunib. 

Despite the fact that the Gumsutl mountain village has long been abandoned and is located in a remote place, high in the mountains, the flow of tourists there does not dry up. 

A few decades ago, a highway led to the village, but today only a narrow path remains of it.

You can walk up to the village. 

Jeeps of local residents are available for an additional fee.

Saltinsky waterfall. 

No one is indifferent – the highlight of Dagestan, a real miracle of nature, hidden from prying eyes.

We will visit with you a Caucasian family in one of the mountain villages, get acquainted with the way of life and traditions of one of the many peoples of Dagestan. 

We will find out what real Caucasian hospitality is and try the eco-cuisine of the Caucasus.

Transfer to Hunzakh. 

The Khunzakh plateau is called the heart of mountainous Dagestan. 

And the two waterfalls streaming down from the rocks, Tobot and Itlatlar, make this heart beat.

You will have an unforgettable view: a flat plateau suddenly breaks off, as if the universe ends here, and from the top of the gorge, which resembles the Latin letter V in this place, a previously calm river falls with a terrible roar, flying past picturesque rocks.

Matlas Extreme Park. 

This is the first via Ferrata in the republic – a rocky section equipped with braces and cables for passage with stunning and unique views of the mountains

A stone bowl. 

The stone bowl is popularly called one of the gorges of the Khunzakh district, near Matlas. 

Inconspicuous rocks hidden behind a winding serpentine hide a completely different world inside.

Goor is one of the most picturesque villages in the country of the blue mountains.

Its battle towers are often depicted as a symbol of mountainous Dagestan. 

The Troll's tongue.

The Troll's language, by analogy with the Norwegian landmark, is called a 5-meter rocky ledge over a precipice near the village of Stary Goor.

Kahib is one of the oldest villages in Dagestan.

The old Kahib – Bakdab and its battle towers were built in the VIII-X centuries.

The areas of the village of Bakdab were inhabited in the Stone and Bronze Ages.

Datun Temple was built in the V-VI century by Georgian missionaries.

The Karadakh Gorge is a unique natural monument of Dagestan, which is often called the "Gate of Wonders".

Few people know about this unusual corner of nature and therefore do not often visit it.
