Itinerary

Day 1 - Pyatigorsk and Suvorov baths
Arrival at the airport (railway station) of the city of Mineralnye Vody before 12:00.
Arrival at the Beshtau 4* hotel.
Accommodation in rooms of the selected category after 14:00.
Accommodation at the hotel after the excursion program, according to your reservation.
The resort fee of 100 rubles per day per person is paid on site upon check-in.
Lunch at a cafe in the city.
After lunch, you will explore the city.
You will already know that Pyatigorsk keeps Italian roots in its history.
You will learn about the life and work of the first architects of Pyatigorsk – Italians Giuseppe Marco and Giovanni-Baptiste Bernardazzi.
They lived and worked in Pyatigorsk for about two decades and are buried in the ancient cemetery "Necropolis", not far from the place of the original burial of M.Y. Lermontov.
Walking slowly in the company of a guide, you will see many sights and preserved buildings created by talented Italians: Nikolaevsky (now Lermontov) baths; the famous "Grotto of Diana"; a stone rotunda with eight columns – "Aeolian Harp", from where gentle sounds of music can be heard in the evenings; a wide boulevard, now called "Flower Garden", which became at one time, the favorite place of festivities of the "resort public" - on its territory there is also the famous sculpture of the Eagle – the business card of Pyatigorsk itself and all the cities of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
In clear weather, we suggest you take a cable car to the very top of Mount Mashuk (surcharge from 400 rubles/person) to enjoy the beautiful scenery from a height of almost 1000 meters above sea level.
19:00 Trip to the Suvorov thermal springs.
An additional fee is 550 rubles for an entrance ticket.
Bathing takes place in a specially equipped swimming pool, there are changing rooms, showers.
After bathing, you can sit in a cafe and drink herbal tea with jam or honey.
Thermal water has a positive effect on the nervous, cardiovascular, and endocrine systems of the body, helps to reduce blood pressure, and improve blood circulation.
Common indications for the external use of mineral waters are diseases of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, central nervous system, peripheral nervous system, musculoskeletal system, female genital organs, urological and endocrine diseases, metabolic diseases.
Balneotherapy is used in the medical rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction, reconstructive operations on coronary and main vessels, heart valves, gastric surgery, cholecystectomy, etc.
But, there are contraindications, a doctor's consultation is necessary.

Day 2 - Honey waterfalls – Kislovodsk
Breakfast at the hotel.
Meeting with a guide, an excursion to the Honey Waterfalls.
And although they are located just a 45-minute drive from the city, this is already the territory of Karachay-Cherkessia.
On the way, you will stop at the natural monument — Mount Koltso, and also visit a Tea house where you can taste herbal teas, honey, jam from pine cones, feijoa, sea buckthorn, urbechi, pastila, churchkhela and other local sweets.
Everything can be tried and, if desired, purchased as a gift and souvenir.
And if after a delicious tea party you would like to take a short horse ride, then there is a rental of these wonderful animals nearby (surcharge from 500 rubles, 30 minutes).
Any rider will be satisfied when he rides a real Karachai horse.
Our main purpose of this day's trip is Honey Waterfalls, because it is there that you can admire the mountains and see the "real Caucasus" in miniature.
A walk around the territory, rest.
From the observation decks you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and 4 waterfalls of various heights.
Lunch at the cafe.
In your free time, you can visit extreme attractions (for an additional fee).
Zipline is a high—speed descent along a steel rope, the longest in Russia — 1050 meters, where the speed develops up to 80 km/h (from 1800 rubles per person).
The next point of the program will be Kislovodsk, the largest in terms of the number of health resorts of the Caucasian Mineral Waters and the second in Russia after Sochi.
You will have a walk through the Kislovodsk National Park with a visit to the drinking Narzan Gallery, Kurortny Boulevard, Colonnade, bridge "Ladies' Caprice" and the Mirror Pond, where you definitely need to throw a coin to return, and other attractions.
Return to Pyatigorsk.
In the evening, we invite you to a banquet at a hotel or cafe in the city (service for an additional fee) — it starts at 22.00 and ends, according to tradition, only in the morning.
Dancing, music, contests, and, of course, wonderful presenters — the real Santa Claus and Snow Maiden - are waiting for you in the New Year's program!

Day 3 - Free day
Breakfast at the hotel.
Everyone can spend this day as they wish – no limits and restrictions!
On the first day of the New Year, you have the opportunity to go for a walk around the city, wander through the alleys of festively decorated squares and parks, enjoy the tranquility and such a special atmosphere reigning around.
You can go to the healing springs and drink plenty of mineral water, which is so good for your health.
And, of course, do not forget to taste a variety of dishes of the Caucasian peoples in the numerous cafes and restaurants of the city.

Day 4 - Elbrus Mountain Tour
Breakfast at the hotel (dry ration).
06:30 departure for the tour.
Transfer to the Azau clearing, 3.5 hours on the way.
Cable car ascent to the slopes of Mount Elbrus to a height of 3800 m.
The mountain is famous for its glaciers feeding mountain rivers, mineral springs gushing at the foot, and fascinating views.
Few mountains of volcanic origin exceed the height of the "Russian miracle".
Throughout the route, you will see majestic panoramas of the Caucasian ranges, led by the giant Elbrus (5642 m above sea level).
Starting from an altitude of 3,500 meters above sea level, Elbrus is covered with glaciers and snow, so you will have the opportunity to play snowballs or ride a snowmobile (for an additional fee).
Descent to the Azau clearing.
Lunch at a local cafe (on your own).
20:00 is the approximate time of return.

Day 5 - Yessentuki – Zheleznovodsk
Breakfast at the hotel.
Room release.
Continuation of the excursion program to the cities of the CMS.
You will see the main attractions of the resort town of Yessentuki.
You will walk through the Resort Park, see narzan galleries and a mud baths made in the Greek style, taste the legendary mineral water (Essentuki-4, Essentuki-17).
Lunch at a cafe in the city.
Zheleznovodsk will complete the acquaintance with the cities of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
You will take a short walk and get acquainted with the architecture of the XIX century.
Magnificent ancient architectural monuments, such as the former summer residence of the Emir of Bukhara, the Pushkin Gallery decorate the resort park.
During the tour, you will taste mineral water from the springs (Smirnovsko-Slavyanovskie waters).
Departure to the airport for flights after 20:00.
