Day 1 - Meeting, program to choose from: a trip to the Caucasian Healer or Suvorov Baths eco-farm
Transfer from Mineralnye Vody Airport (group) at 13:00.
Check-in at the hotel at 13:45.
Option I: A trip to the Caucasian Healer eco-farm at 15:30.
The unique eco-farm "Caucasian Healer" is located 10 km from Pyatigorsk at the foot of the Yutsa Jutsa mountains.
For those who care about their health, who appreciate natural products and the healing properties of nature, they should definitely visit the Caucasian Healer eco-farm.
According to the program:
communication and photo sessions with charming animals in the contact zoo: horses, donkeys, goats, lambs, chickens, peacocks, ducks, nutria.
Then an exciting program begins in a cozy, warm hall decorated with a Caucasian flavor.:
a story about the production of medicinal cosmetics, tinctures, soaps and much more based on medicinal herbs, bee products, and healing minerals;
soap making workshop;
master class on mulled wine preparation;
tasting of farm products: butter, sour cream, freshly baked bread, cheese, as well as hot herbal tea and mors made from local berries.

Transfer to the village of Suvorovskaya.
Suvorov thermal springs are a great place for treatment and relaxation.
On the fenced territory of the complex there are pools with hot mineral water (2 outdoor and 1 indoor).
Mineral water is good for relieving pain in joints, back, and calms the nervous system.
There are contraindications. It is necessary to consult a doctor.
It ends at 18:30.

Day 2 - Program to choose from: Pyatigorsk or Honey Waterfalls
Option I
Pyatigorsk city tour of Lermontov places at 14:00.
According to the program of the tour:
Visit: lake "Proval", Aeolian Harp, grotto of M.Y. Lermontov, Academic Gallery.
A walk along Goryachaya Mountain to the emblem of the Caucasian Mineral Waters — the sculpture "Eagle tormenting a snake", a visit to Diana's grotto, the Tsvetnik Park with the Lermontov Gallery and a visit to the place of M.Y. Lermontov's duel on the northwestern slope of Mount Mashuk.
The tour ends at 17:30.
Option II Tour "Honey Waterfalls" at 13:00.
According to the program of the tour:
Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk;
Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam. It is possible to buy: jams, herbs, sweets);
Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls.
There is an ethnographic museum on the territory of the campsite, national costumes for photos.

Day 3 - Program to choose from: "Kislovodsk" or "Honey waterfalls" or "Suvorov baths"
Option I Excursion "Kislovodsk" at 13:00.
According to the program of the tour:
A visit to the Nizhny Kislovodsk resort Park: the bridge "Ladies' Caprice", a mirrored pond with a Glass jet, a flower bed calendar, a monument to Alexander Pushkin, Lermontov playground with a monument to Mikhail Lermontov, the Main Narzan Gallery, Kurortny Boulevard, the Main Narzan baths.
The tour ends at 18:30.
Option II Tour "Honey Waterfalls" at 13:00.

Day 4 - The program to choose from: "Elbrus" or "Dombay" or "Upper Balkaria" or "Cities of the CMS"
Option I Excursion "Elbrus" at 5:30.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Stop (2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Stop (3 hours) at Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus.
Ascent of closed cable cars:
The 1st level rises to a height of 3,000 meters above sea level — Stary Krugozor station;
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station;
The 3rd level rises to a height of 3,900 meters above sea level — Gara-Bashi station.

Dombayskaya Polyana is the heart of the mountains of the northwest Caucasus, a famous tourist and ski center.

stop for breakfast at 8:45 for an additional fee;
The Ullu Muruju mountain river is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet that you can drink from! Stop, photo, set of bottled water;
Dombayskaya polyana — stop for 4 hours.
Arriving at Dombai Glade, everyone climbs the slopes of Mount Mussa Achitara to an altitude of 3,200 meters above sea level to see a breathtaking panorama of the Main Caucasian Ridge with its famous peaks: Dombai Ulgen, Sulakhat, Sufruja, Belalakaya, Ine Peak, etc.
From there you can enjoy a view of the gorges of the Gonachkhir, Alibek, Teberda rivers and numerous glaciers, as well as Dombayskaya glade surrounded by huge mountains.

It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! Passport and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let you have a T-shirt, a warm jacket, a down vest, and a warm jacket. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than in the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
