11:30-12:30 The first object of inspection is the Labaginen Lighthouse (1908), which is located on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon and has become a real hallmark of this place.

14:30-15:30 Guided tour of the reconstructed Neuhausen Castle.

The German Crusader knights appeared here in 1255 and destroyed the powerful fortification of the Prussians ("Vurgval") that existed on the territory of present-day Guryevsk.

In 1262, a wooden fortress named Neuhausen was built on the base of large boulders left over from the fortification.

The castle has preserved 13th—century basements to this day, and on the first and second floors there are beautiful Gothic ceilings with cross and star vaults.

15:30-16:30 Transfer to the village of Nekrasovo.

16:30-17:30 Visit to the Schaackendorf family cheese factory.

In the ancient building, which has preserved its original appearance, you will learn about the secrets of creating exquisite cheeses and, of course, take part in a tasting with a glass of wine (or a drink for young gourmets).
