We have a little rest and meet for a welcome dinner in a beautiful restaurant of the author's seafood cuisine.
We are waiting for subtle combinations of flavors and dishes inspired by the Baltic coast.
Let's start the evening with a neo‑sushi of selected mackerel with spicy wasabi and truffle aioli sauce — a sophisticated aperitif worthy of a special occasion.
As the main course, we will try halibut fillet with morels, potato cream and concasse tomatoes.
The dishes are served accompanied by a glass of dry white wine with refreshing acidity and enveloping texture.
We finish the dinner with the author's dessert "Dancing Forest": chocolate brownie, cherry sorbet, mousse of boiled condensed milk, caramelized hazelnuts and cocoa chips. Exquisite and unforgettable!
After dinner, we set off for the first truly fascinating event of the trip - an organ mini—concert in the majestic Cathedral on the island of Kneiphof, in the heart of old Konigsberg.
One of the largest organ complexes in Europe will sound under the arches of the Gothic cathedral: a deep, lively sound, the muted light of an ancient hall and music that creates a feeling of a Christmas miracle.
Before returning to the hotel, we will take a look at the festive fair near the Cathedral — we will walk with hot mulled wine in our hands among the lights of garlands, the aroma of spices, roasted almonds and fresh pastries. Let's feel the cozy atmosphere of European Christmas to the fullest!
