We will meet you at the airport and go to check into a 4* hotel located in the prestigious historical part of Kaliningrad, formerly the elite area of old Konigsberg — Amalienau.
Traditionally, a compliment will be waiting for you in the room: a bottle of sparkling wine with fruits to relax after the flight and tune in to a beautiful and vibrant vacation!
We rest a little and in the late afternoon we go to a welcome dinner.
We will be waiting in the gastronomic restaurant of the author's cuisine with an emphasis on game and local farm products.
The brand chef places special emphasis on the original serving of dishes.
For an appetizer, we will be served carpaccio of local venison, the quality of which has been known since the time of the Prussian nobles! The thinnest slices of venison with local camembert mousse, truffle balsamic, sheep cheese and homemade dried tomatoes. Incredibly delicious!
The main course is Vishtynets whitefish with celery salad, asparagus and seaweed sauce.
Of course, the dishes are served with wine accompaniment, perfectly emphasizing the shades of flavors!
And at the end of the meal, for dessert we will taste handmade branded candies that literally melt in your mouth! A chocolate basket with D'or Blue cheese and caramel, a truffle with tart and bright Madagascar cinnamon, a tropical coconut or a Borodino bread candy — which do you prefer?
All meals according to the program are already included in the price of the tour, you just need to relax and enjoy!
A delicious, wine-filled and soulful trip to Kaliningrad is declared open!
After dinner, we will have an organ mini-concert in the stunningly beautiful Cathedral, located in the historic Kneiphof district of the former Konigsberg.
The largest organ in Russia is located here, together with the choral organ, it forms the only organ complex in the country.
After the concert, we will visit the New Year's fair at the Cathedral and warm up with fragrant mulled wine!
After the walk, we return to our hotel and look forward to a closer acquaintance with Kaliningrad and local gastronomy tomorrow!
