Around the Tolbachiks. Hiking and rafting

One of the most interesting hikes in Kamchatka, taking place among the highest volcanoes of Eurasia — the volcanoes of the Klyuchevskaya group.

The hike is comparable in beauty to the famous trekking around Annapurna. The route starts at the foot of the Klyuchevskaya Sopka and Kamen volcanoes, which makes it possible to observe the highest volcanoes very closely. And at the end of the tour, you will find hot springs in Esso and rafting on a beautiful and interesting rapids river.

The tour is conducted with the gathering of a group of 7 people or more. Leave a request to find out how many participants there are at the moment.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Airport — Halaktyrsky beach

    Meeting at the airport.

    Transfer from the airport with a stop at the monument "Here begins Russia":

    • Flight 1730 from Moscow arriving at 10:10;
    • flight 5249 from Novosibirsk arriving at 10:30 a.m.;
    • flight 1734 from Moscow arriving at 13:10;
    • flight 1732 from Moscow arriving at 15:30.

    The arrival time of flights can be changed by airlines.
    Arrivals at other times can join these transfers.
    The cancellation of the transfer is not compensated.

    On this day we will go to Halaktyrsky beach, where huge waves of the open Pacific Ocean are waiting for us, the black sand of an infinitely long beach, where the feeling that you are at the edge of the earth, where Russia begins, does not leave.

    The water in the ocean is not warm, but you can always wet your feet, but the bravest can swim.

    Here, in a convenient clearing among the coastal forest tundra, we stay overnight.

    Overnight in tents.

    At dawn, with favorable weather, you can see how the sun rises from the horizon of the water surface of the endless ocean.

    Dinner on the ocean (lunch, if necessary, on your own at your own expense).

    In the evening of this day, hiking and camping meals begin (the exception is the cafe in Milkovo during the crossings). We cook in the camp kitchen in the order of duty for 2-3 people with the assistance of an instructor guide. It's always hotter for breakfast and dinner. Lunch – according to the circumstances (during the ascents, definitely a snack, during the day – a hot lunch, during the transitions, most often a snack, but a hot lunch is also possible).
