3. Disembarkation and excursions by sea on motorboats: danger of hypothermia, getting wet and loss of personal belongings.
4. Wild animals that pose a danger to humans: bears, foxes.
5. Insects: mosquitoes, midges, wildebeest. Participants who are allergic to the bites of such insects should refrain from traveling or take care of their health, taking this factor into account, and also be sure to inform the organizers.
6. Other dangers of autonomous travel in remote mountainous areas in the Far Eastern zone.

Alcohol. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during the active part of the route (disembarkation, excursions).

If a participant is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the organizers have the right to refuse the tourist to participate in the program.

Alcohol is not in the diet. If you need alcohol, it can be purchased at the ship's bar.

Smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the premises and public areas of the ship. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. On the route, smoking is allowed only at a distance from the main group, without causing inconvenience to the rest of the group. On most landings and excursions, the routes take place in the protected area of the reserve, so it is forbidden to throw away cigarette butts. If you smoke during the day, take care of a pocket ashtray in advance. Serious fines are provided for clogging the nature protection area.

Transportation organizations and carriers that have permits, licenses, and certificates applicable in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Russian Federation for the performance of the relevant type of transportation, whose civil liability to passengers is insured in accordance with the established procedure, are allowed to transport tourists.

The responsibility of the official carriers of the tour for the consequences of accidents that have caused harm to the life and health, property of the tourist, occurs in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Under no circumstances is the tour operator responsible for the consequences of accidents that have led to the occurrence of these consequences in the case of the provision of transportation services to the tourist by a person (persons) who is not the official carrier of the tour.
