Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

An additional fee is required for the organization of the tour:

• registration of documents for obtaining visas and permits for staying in travel areas;
• English-speaking escort and guide;
• take into account other additional costs associated with the organization and implementation of the program.

We recommend that you take out an accident insurance policy covering possible emergencies in areas unprepared for skiing or snowboarding (freeride), as well as compensation for transportation costs. CHI works, as a rule, in planned treatment, but will not be able to pay for rehabilitation, physiotherapy, massage and physical therapy in case of injury. There are portals that include several verified companies and offers for any of the extreme activities. 

Medical insurance is mandatory for all participants of the program! 

The insurance must be valid for the entire period of the program and contain the following conditions: "freeride / off—piste / off-piste skiing", just "downhill skiing" is not enough! 

This is an active tour to Kamchatka, so it is necessary to adhere to the following criteria:

• the age of the participants is up to 50 years old;
• the required level of skiing is initial;
• physical fitness is good;
• the state of health is good, there are no contraindications to physical activity.

The plan for the ski areas is approximate.

The order of the days of the program may vary.

The organizers have the right to cancel the program in case of a shortage of the group.

In the national team, we can never guarantee a certain level of skating. We focus on the answers of our future guests to the questions: How many years have you been riding? How often? Where do you ride? How can you indicate your level of skiing? But the answers are always very subjective and everyone can interpret all the questions very differently.

We create a program for non-skating guests in accordance with their interests so that they still spend a lot of time with the skaters: in the evenings or on certain trips. A lot of our guests successfully use this option!

It all depends on how bad the weather is. Sometimes you can take an additional program with activities that do not include skiing or replace heli-skiing with snowmobile casts. 

If skiing is not possible, then there are options for sightseeing routes by snowmobile or by car. For those who are ready to experience an absolutely unforgettable experience, we will offer surfing. When it remains possible to move around the city, we can offer a city tour and a visit to the interactive Vulcanarium site. 

If you can't go outside, then we have master classes on cooking Kamchatka delicacies, holding interesting meetings on the topic of Kamchatka travel, history, etc.
