We invite you to the headquarters of the Arctic expeditions, where you can get acquainted with sled dogs-legends and learn the traditions and signs of polar explorers.

You will ride through the Karelian taiga on dog sleds, have lunch by candlelight in a cozy fireplace room, cook Karelian fish soup with cream on a live fire by the campfire and light a samovar on cones. You will feel the silence and peace.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Getting to know the eco-complex. Excursion to the nursery. Dog sledding

    Arrival in Petrozavodsk.

    Transfer from Petrozavodsk to the eco-complex (30 km from Petrozavodsk — 45 minutes on the way).

    Getting to know the eco-complex.

    Breakfast.

    Excursion to the pearl of the eco-complex — kennel — acquaintance with expedition Arctic sled dogs.

    Dog sledding 2 km.

    Lunch at the Polar Explorer's House.

    Rest time, free time to order additional workshops and seasonal activities (sledding/snowmobiling/walking with pets, etc.).

    Creative evening.

    Dinner by the fireplace in the Polar Explorer's House.

Guest House Polar Explorer's House 3 nights

The house has 6 rooms: double, quadruple, the rest are triple, two bathrooms and a shower cabin. 

Usually, guests who do not cook themselves, but prefer to eat from the kitchen, move in here. The administration of the tourist complex and the cabin company are located here - a cozy fireplace room with a large TV and Wi-Fi.
