Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Quad route and rafting on the Yanisjoki River

    After meeting at the train station, you will have breakfast in a cafe and a short transfer to the starting point of the ATV route awaits you.

    You will listen to a safety briefing and change into mud-proof overalls. 

    An exciting quad route through the Karelian taiga awaits you (double occupancy on an ATV, category B license is required for drivers). 

    The route will take you along picturesque forest trails along the lakes with a stop near the old foundation of the Finnish scout school.

    The route is of medium difficulty, it is desirable for drivers to have experience driving an ATV in off-road conditions.

    Rafting on the Yanisjoki River.

    You will go to the starting point of rafting on the Yanisjoki River.

    You will have a picnic lunch in nature, equipment selection and instruction.

    Ahead of you is a rich rafting on rapids and calm sections of the river. 

    During the water route, you will overcome several thresholds of the 2nd and 3rd difficulty categories, see Finnish hydroelectric power plants and picturesque canyons.

    At the autumn race, the alloy can be replaced according to weather conditions.

    After a busy day, you will reach the pier on the shore of Lake Ladoga, from where you will be transferred by motor boats to the island located in the very center of the Ladoga skerries.

    Arrival at glamping.

    You will stay in the geo-domes and have dinner with Karelian cuisine.

    You will spend the night in cozy hemispherical tents surrounded by a pine forest.

The tour includes accommodation in the Lago Ladoga dome glamping. It is located in the most picturesque place of the Ladoga skerries — on the island of Havus, surrounded by a pine forest.

The surcharge for single accommodation in a tent is 15,000 rubles.

For children under 12 years old, as well as for the third person in the tent, when placing in an additional sleeping place upstairs, we provide a 10% discount. Discounts are not cumulative.

Lago Ladoga Dome glamping 2 nights

Year-round glamping in the Republic of Karelia on Havus Island. Accommodation in comfortable geo-domes in Ladoga skerries.

Personal equipment you need for the tour

Personal belongings and equipment:

  • bathing accessories and slates (for visiting the furako baths)

Clothing and shoes:

  • comfortable sportswear for outdoor walks (according to the weather)
  • 2 pairs of shoes: trekking boots / rubber boots + sneakers / light replaceable boots (sandals in hot weather)
  • waterproof and windproof clothes for traveling on the lake
  • headdress (cap, panama hat, sports hat)
  • sweatpants made of quick-drying fabric
  • neoprene shorts, socks and gloves (preferably, but not necessarily)
