The tour is perfect for those who do not have a vacation in the summer. The program runs every week from Friday to Sunday. We meet from the train and escort to the carriage.

The advantage of our tour is the richness of the program and the trip by a small group. We will visit a unique natural monument — Belaya Gora, Kivach Nature Reserve, Kizhi Island and rafting. We pay attention to each guest, there is no crowd, fuss and unnecessary noise.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Petrozavodsk. Kivach Waterfall. The ancient volcano Girvas. The White Mountain. Transfer to the recreation center
08:00 Meeting at the Petrozavodsk railway station.
Welcome to the capital of Karelia — the city of Petrozavodsk. The port of the five seas, located on the shore of the second largest freshwater body in Europe — Lake Onega.
A real European city, with a national Karelo-Finnish flavor, the same age as St. Petersburg, cozy, beautiful, with its own unique history. It was founded in 1703 by Peter I, as the city was founded by Catherine II in 1777.

Departure to Kivach waterfall.

Arrival at the reserve. A tour of the observation decks of the waterfall and the nature museum.
Kivach belongs to the geomorphological monuments of nature of federal rank. The waterfall was the second largest plain waterfall in Europe (after the Rhine). The water falls in four ledges from a height of 10.7 m.
The waterfall arose as a result of the sawing of the waters of the Suna River through the thickness of loose Quaternary sediments to the roof of the diabase ridge. Falling from the cliff, the stream deepened the riverbed in the thickness of lake loam and sandy loam below the ridge.

The ancient Girvas volcano is a unique natural object in its beauty. Just imagine — he lived more than a billion and a half years ago. There is solidified lava, rocks, sand dunes, and dense pine forests. If you are lucky, you will get to the descent of water from the reservoir and see an amazing sight — the Girvas waterfall.
And we're moving on! A unique natural monument awaits us — the White Mountain!
Marble mined on the White Mountain is called Tivdian. It is so unique in color and strength that it was decided to use it in the construction of St. Petersburg.
From the shore, the White Mountain is a high steep wall made of marble and sometimes overgrown with forest.
A single path leads to the top, steep and overgrown with moss. The climb is not easy, although it is not very high. But the work will be well rewarded. From the very top there is a fascinating view of the lake, the forest, the village and the surrounding area far away.
Transfer to the recreation center.
Accommodation at the recreation center. Free time.
In your free time, you can:
rent a boat, kayak or catamaran and go for a walk on Sandal Island;
rent gear and go fishing;
master the sapboard;
go on a bike ride in the pine forest;
visit a sauna with a samovar on Karelian herbs;
rent sports equipment (volleyball, soccer, basketball balls; badminton; table tennis).

Day 2 - Rafting
Breakfast.
Departure for rafting.
Rafting in Karelia is romance, great company and great exercise for body and spirit!
On the tour you will be able to feel the full force and power of the spring waters of the Shuya River.
Rafting will give you a lot of emotions: from adrenaline to peace.
Arrival at the beginning of the rafting is the threshold of the Yumanishka.
Division into crews, equipment, safety instructions.
Route option: M. Yumanishki — port. Crooked — pore. Big Tolly (2-3 k.s.), 3 km. — Rides on the threshold of a Big Crowd. Small Tolly — port. Soivash — camping camp "Elki-Palki"* (6 km).
Lunch.
Return to the recreation center. Free time.
Supper.

Day 3 - Kizhi Island

Kizhi is an island on Lake Onega in Karelia, where the world—famous architectural ensemble of the Kizhi churchyard is located, consisting of two churches and a bell tower of the XVIII–XIX centuries, surrounded by a single fence — reconstruction of traditional churchyard fences.
On January 1, 1966, the Kizhi State Historical and Architectural Museum was founded on the basis of the architectural ensemble of the Kizhi Pogost, where, in addition to the buildings existing in their original places, a large number of chapels, houses and outbuildings from Zaonezhye and other regions of Karelia were brought.
According to one legend, the Transfiguration Church was built with one axe, which the master then threw into the lake.
There are also several villages on the island, which together make up the settlement of Kizhi, which is part of the Velikogubsky rural settlement of the Medvezhyegorsky district (until 2004 it administratively belonged to the city of Petrozavodsk).
Return to Petrozavodsk.

Upon arrival, a deposit of 1,500 rubles is charged for the room, which is returned at check-out.
