Whales and belugas of Nicholas Bay. Hunting Sea adventure

The Sea of Okhotsk in July resembles the Russian Arctic — icebergs on which seals rest and killer whales prowl in search of them, bowhead whales feeding on plankton and belugas following a shoal of fish.

If you are hungry for adventure and want to go on a real expedition, see the wildest corners of untouched nature and test yourself, then this trip is just for you!

Discover the Arctic character and the wonderful world of the southern Sea of Okhotsk.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Khabarovsk — Sea of Okhotsk

The journey begins in Khabarovsk, where you need to get there on your own.

You must be in Khabarovsk the day before the start of the program. This is how you need to prepare for a long journey.

The gathering of the group for the transfer to the coast will take place at an agreed place, which we will inform you about in the chat (2-3 weeks before the trip, a chat will be created in the Telegram or WhatsApp messenger).

After meeting with the group in Khabarovsk, you will travel by minibus to the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk.

We will be on the road from 18 to 24 hours. The path is not close and tedious, which we want to put special emphasis on!

Komsomolsk-on-Amur is waiting for us, a ferry across the Amgun River, a site where Albazino gold is mined, fords across rivers, as well as a long road through the pristine and incredibly beautiful Far Eastern taiga.

Transfer to the coast is included in the price of the tour.

On the shore, the group will be met by a boat that will take everyone to the Gorbusha recreation center, where a heated sauna and a hot dinner will be waiting.

Camping accommodation for 2 people in tents with separate rooms.

We recommend arriving at the beginning of the tour in Khabarovsk 1 day before the start of the trip. This is important because you need to rest and have time to spare in case of delays.
