Bus tour to Peterhof. It is impossible, having arrived in the city built by Peter the Great, not to visit his favorite brainchild – the brilliant Peterhof.

The tour will introduce you to one of the most famous suburbs of St. Petersburg, which has been an imperial country residence for two centuries.

The road that will lead you to Peterhof still cherishes the traces of bygone centuries. The preserved monuments and manors recreate the atmosphere of rural life in Russia at the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX century.

Peterhof Fountain Park tour. Peterhof is the capital of fountains, a magical garden with a palace topped by a golden vase standing on the roof. Its base is the Grand Cascade, an incredible aquatic extravaganza with fountains and sculptures.

The jet of the most famous fountain "Samson" rises to the height of a seven-story building. In terms of splendor and richness of decoration, Peterhof surpassed its prototype, the French Versailles, and became the most striking palace ensemble in Europe.

Bus tour to Tsarskoye Selo. The city is located 25 km from St. Petersburg, about an hour's drive away.

You will drive along the old Tsarskoye Selo road and learn how you traveled in Russia before the advent of highways and railways. The magnificent and unique Catherine Palace brought special fame to Tsarskoye Selo. This is where you will visit.

One of the halls of Rastrelli's Golden Suite is the famous Amber Room, stolen by the invaders during the Great Patriotic War and recreated by St. Petersburg restorers, whose work you can appreciate during a tour of the Catherine Palace.

A walk through the Catherine Park. After the tour of the palace, you will have 1.5-2 hours of free time to walk around the magnificent park surrounding the palace on your own.

Russian Russian Museum is decorated with exquisite pavilions, bizarrely shaped ponds and numerous monuments in honor of the victories of Russian weapons during the Russo-Turkish wars.

Excursion to the Hermitage. The Hermitage occupies a very special place among the art museums of the world. It began as a private collection of Empress Catherine II and remained closed to the general public for a long time.

In the middle of the 19th century, the museum became public. Now his collections number more than 3.5 million exhibits. Among them are masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Impressionist paintings, antique sculpture, Egyptian antiquities, a real mummy and much more.

At the end of the tour, you can stay at the Museum to continue the tour on your own.

Bus tour to Pavlovsk. Pavlovsk is the youngest city in the chain of suburban palace and park ensembles. Its history began in 1777, when a palace was built on the high bank of the Slavyanka River and a luxurious park was built, which became one of the best landscape parks in Europe.

Unlike the official residences of Tsarskoye Selo and Peterhof, Pavlovsk was the private domain of Empress Maria Feodorovna and her heirs. This explains the special, intimate, cozy atmosphere of the magnificent Pavlovsk Palace.

Excursion to the Pavlovsk Palace. The Pavlovsk Palace captivates absolutely everyone with its harmony and grace. Surrounded by a magnificent park in the valley of the picturesque Slavyanka River, it embodies all the originality of the Russian and European artistic culture of the XVIII century.

During the tour of the palace, pay attention to the collections of watches, mirrors and porcelain items on display.

Excursion to St. Isaac's Cathedral. St. Isaac's Cathedral will appear before you as a unique work of Russian art from the middle of the 19th century.

You will see magnificent wall paintings and paintings on canvas made by famous Russian artists and admire mosaic icons, which were created using smalt in more than 12,000 colors and shades.

Petrovsky Petersburg bus tour. The tour is dedicated to the first decades of St. Petersburg's existence and allows you to experience the idea of Tsar Peter I - to found a new European city in a swamp.

An excursion to the Kunstkamera. The word "kunstkamera" means "cabinet of curiosities" in German. When Peter I first went abroad with the "Great Embassy" at the end of the 17th century, he saw that such "cabinets" were in great fashion among European monarchs.

As an inquisitive person, the emperor began to collect his own collection of "monsters and rarities", sparing no expense for this.

All these things later became the basis for the creation of the "sovereign's cabinet", which then turned into the first Russian museum – Kunstkamera, where Peter the Great ordered everyone to be allowed.

Guided tour of the Peter and Paul Fortress. The Peter and Paul Fortress is the "heart" of the city, the place where the history of St. Petersburg began.

You will see a "city within a city" – typical buildings of Peter the Great's time, the operating Mint enterprise, where commemorative coins, orders and medals are still being minted.

You will visit the Peter and Paul Cathedral, where the tombs of Russian emperors and empresses, as well as grand dukes and princesses, have been preserved.

Peter and Paul Cathedral tour. For a long time, Peter and Paul Cathedral was a monument to the glory of Russian weapons. Captured banners and keys to cities and fortresses captured by Russian troops have been kept here for two centuries.

At the beginning of the 20th century, these relics were transferred to the Hermitage. Copies of Swedish and Turkish banners are now on display in the cathedral.

Visit to the Trubetskoy Bastion prison. During the tour, you will also visit the famous "Russian Bastille" — the Trubetskoy Bastion prison, where many famous Russian political figures were held.

Excursion to the Summer Palace of Peter I. The Summer Palace was built in the Peter the Great Baroque style by Domenico Trezzini and is one of the oldest buildings in the city. The residence was intended only for use during the warmer months.

The two-storey palace consists of fourteen rooms and two kitchens. Today, the palace is a branch of the State Russian Museum and allows you to visually present the modest life of the great reformer tsar, and furniture and numerous household items reveal the character of its owner.

A walk through the Summer Garden. The Summer Garden is the pearl of St. Petersburg's landscape architecture. An independent walk through the oldest park in the city will be a magical end to the tour!
