Lunch with Mari podkogol with fillings of meat, pike, cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms.

Podkogol is called the younger brother of Russian dumplings and one of the gastrobrands of Mari El. They will also serve soup in bread, the basis for which is specially baked with the addition of herbs and salad "Akpatyr" of three types of meat, named after the legendary Mari hero. Lunch is held in the tavern "Warm river" in the hall of the "Mari cuisine". 

The tavern is a bright landmark of the city. There are monuments to the "Letter Y", "Mari podkogol", "Traveling in Mari El". Since the opening, real Mari recipes have been collected in the tavern, processed and created real gastro — masterpieces.

You will learn how to weave "pies in a cauldron" (podkogoli in the translation from the ancient Finno-Ugric language), using a certain pinching technique, which can only be done by learning this.

Interactive music program at the M. Shketan National Drama Theater.

Professional artists will present a program where you will hear Mari national instruments: "shuvyr"—bagpipes, "kyusle" gusli, "tyumor" drum, folk songs, learn how to dance the Mari "drobushka", spin together with the artists in the Mari dance.

Visit to the Yoshkin Cat Gastromuseum with a program: "Gifts of the reserved Mari El", during which you will taste all the best that the Mari land is famous for: local cheeses, sausage and meat products, Mari honey, the legendary Ivan tea.

Hunting dinner at the inn "Teply Rechka", the Hunting hall. 

Tourists are offered a forest dinner of game from their own hunting farm, with an area of 50,000 hectares, located at the confluence of the Vetluga and Volga rivers. 

The chef of the tavern has specially developed snacks from dried meat, jelly from wild mushrooms and game for the guests, which can be tasted only here! A roast of elk, wild boar or duck (depending on the season) with stewed vegetables is served for hot. 

The meal ends with a juicy berry pie. For dinner, we offer tasting of our own tinctures, depending on the season, "Teplovka", "Stumble", "Cranberry", "Horseradish". After such a treat, the memories of the Mari forest region will remain in the heart of every tourist for a long time.

An interactive program in the ethno-complex. The center of the ethno-complex is the Mari house, where for centuries the whole family gathered, celebrated holidays, prayed, rejoiced and received guests. Here, tourists are greeted by the Owner of the house, who will tell them how the Mari people have lived for centuries, play national games with tourists, make riddles, dance, sing and treat them to Mari delicacies.

Guests will enjoy a master class on cooking a national dish - Mari pancakes, which are baked in a real oven from different types of dough.

Transfer to Yoshkar-Ola.

Immersive quest tour of the Amsterdam waterfront. An excursion along one of the most beautiful embankments of the city, during which tourists get acquainted with the local "ghost merchant", go through a quest, collect a route map, perform a number of tasks to help the "ghost" get into his world, climb to the observation deck of the Blagoveshchenskaya Tower and hear the beat of the "Mari chimes". *The tour is not carried out with a group of less than 5 people or adverse weather conditions. A replacement is proposed with a visit to another facility.

Lunch with beer tasting. The highlight of the cafe is craft beer, the recipe of which the owner brought while traveling in Europe and now produces in Yoshkar-Ola. At lunch, the bartender will hold a master class on making a beer-based cocktail, and tourists will also taste mead and local beer.
