New Year's performances at the State Kremlin Palace will be held from December 26, 2024 to January 8, 2025.

Performances start: daily at 10.30, 14.00, 18.00.

The information partner of the Kremlin Christmas Tree is the Karusel TV channel, which conducts filming on December 27, 2024 at sessions at 10.30 and 14.00.
A session for hearing—impaired children accompanied by sign language translation will be held on December 28, 2024, at 10.30 am.
The Patriarch's Christmas Tree will be held on January 8, 2025, at 14.00. This is a special session with the participation of the Moscow Patriarchate: before the session there is a small Christmas performance, followed by a Merry Christmas greeting from His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

Entrance to the GCD is carried out 1 hour and 45 minutes before the start of the performance.

The black blizzard with its subjects has prepared trials for the young heroes that can only be overcome with loved ones, friends and toys from childhood. The young heroes will take part in a race, go through an intellectual tournament, attend a real ball and see the magic of the northern lights under the arches of the palace on the Kremlin Christmas Tree. Unpredictable plot twists, unique choreography, bright special effects and colorful decorations of the Honored Artist Anatoly Nezhny, unusual costumes created by the talented costume designer Svetlana Sinitsina, original music by the famous composer Efrem Podhaits, poems by the wonderful children's storyteller writer Andrei Usachev under the guidance of chief director Sergei Tsvetkov will create a special atmosphere of the New Year holiday.

45 minutes before the performance, there is an animation and entertainment program: in the mirrored hall you will find yourself at the New Year's railway station, from where you will begin your journey into a fairy tale; in the coat of arms hall, children will take part in a game program with life-size dolls and clockwork fairy tale characters, the finale of which will be the exit of Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden to light a beautiful Christmas Tree with magic light and wish everyone a Happy New Year! In the parquet hall, entertainment for older children is a variety and dance program "Carnival of Toys" with jugglers, acrobats and magic tricks. A variety of themed photo zones will allow you to take unique photos, selfies and videos.

To preserve your fond memories, themed photo zones and the press service of Santa Claus will work in the halls, which will be happy to interview you and your children. Also, everyone will be able to leave a greeting in the "Book of New Year's wishes" of Santa Claus.

2. A Christmas tree in the Small Hall of the State Kremlin Palace.

From December 23, 2024 to January 8, 2025, the State Kremlin Palace invites young and adult viewers to the Small Hall for a large-scale New Year's performance "The Nutcracker" - the famous Kremlin Christmas tree will now be held in a new format.

The New Year's tale is designed for a family visit and will surely please not only children, but also adults. The choreographer was the People's Artist of Russia Andris Liepa.

The culmination of the holiday will be Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker" based on the fantastic tale by E.T.A. Hoffman. Great music, a colorful, incredibly atmospheric ballet performance that captivates the audience into a mysterious reality full of wonderful transformations …

At the end of the holiday, the children will receive sweet gifts in the form of a Nutcracker doll.
