Day 1 - Arrival. Excursion to the Streletsky Chambers Museum, in Zamoskvorechye
Arrival at the hotel on your own.

From 10:00 to 12:00 meeting with a representative of a travel agency in the hotel lobby.
12:00 Departure from the hotel by bus.

New Year's costume tour with a master class on making a rag doll.
The program includes a costumed tour of the Moscow Streltsy Museum "Streltsy Chambers", as well as an introduction to the history of the rag doll in Russia, the role of dolls in everyday life, and training in doll making techniques in accordance with folk traditions.
16:00 Zamoskvorechye city tour.
Zamoskvorechye– the historical district of old Moscow, is a real open—air museum reserve, one of the few areas in Moscow where the spirit of the old city has been preserved.
You will learn how and why the Tretyakov Gallery appeared in Zamoskvorechye, as well as hear many other interesting facts from the history of Zamoskvorechye.
Return to the hotel by bus, no later than 18:00.

Day 3 - City sightseeing tour

Kolomenskoye is a former royal residence, a village near Moscow; now it is the state art historical, architectural and natural landscape museum—reserve, located near the city center, on the picturesque banks of the Moskva River, covers an area of 390 hectares.
This interactive New Year's Eve program will begin on the red porch of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich's palace.
A guide in an old Russian costume will take you to the palace, where, during a walk through the royal chambers, you will be told about luxurious feasts, traditional treats and drinks, winter holidays and traditions, the life of the royal family, and even how the palace was insulated and heated in winter.
Exploring the palace, you will find yourself in the basement of the tsar's choir and plunge into the atmosphere of Christmas miracles and New Year's surprises.
For example, one of them is a fashion show of Christmas tree outfits, in which the audience themselves will be involved.
The finale and highlight of the program will be the traditional winter entertainment — horseback riding and traditional tea drinking.
The treat is tea with pies.

I had no idea what to expect from this tour. I came across a website online and decided to fill out the booking form, though I was quite nervous about whether it was trustworthy.
