We are going on a journey (11 km).

Inspection of the Holy Spirit Monastery.

During our trip, we will stop in the village of Zadushnoye, where the Holy Spirit Monastery stands on the high bank of the Zusha.

It belongs to one of the oldest Orthodox monasteries in Russia and is located on the so-called "Lithuanian Shlyakh", along which hordes of invaders and robbers came from the West to Russia.

This has led to its important strategic importance in the past.

The Holy Spirit Monastery was first documented in 1619, but according to legend, it was founded in the XII century by Hieromonk Abraham, a disciple of the holy martyr Kukshi.

The monastery looks spectacular from the surface of the river, reflected in the waters of the Zusha.

We will enjoy the scenery around us, looking at the limestone outcrops and picturesque slopes along the shores, swimming on the rocky beaches.

    18:00 Return to the camp.
