The tour was well-organized. Buses / boats were always on time, and the guides were knowledgeable and experienced. The trip was engaging, informative, and fun. It would be really helpful to get some local recommendations for free time. We had half a day and several evenings to ourselves, and it would have been great to have a list of interesting places to visit included in the tour materials or description. Otherwise, you have to rely on YouTube for suggestions. Also, please warn tourists about potential issues with mobile operators when traveling through three different borders. My provider, Tele2, automatically charged me 400 rubles for roaming in China, even though I never actually crossed the border. I had to go through customer support to get a refund and disable the "service".
