Once a secluded monastery of the Monk Nikander, founded more than four hundred years ago, has undergone times of both prosperity and decline, but now it has found a rebirth.
In recent years, fraternal buildings and temples have been re-erected. The monastery is located in a unique location, surrounded by an incredibly beautiful and gracious forest, and miracles are still being observed there.
It is not uncommon to see chronomirages here-mysterious figures of ancient monks. The monastery is also famous for its healing water springs.
