Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Meeting in Moscow. Tver and Torzhok, moving to Vyshny Volochyok

    The tour program for 2025 is preliminary. Changes are possible.

    07:45 Gathering of the group in Moscow, Komsomolskaya metro station, Leningradsky railway station building, in the center of the waiting room on the ground floor, by the elevator (sign "Pearls of Northern Russia").

    Departure to Tver– a city on the Volga, began its existence a very long time ago – in the XII century.

    Due to its location on the river, it began to develop rapidly and by the XV century had turned into a large Russian settlement.

    Excursion program: a sightseeing tour of the historical city center of the 18th century.

    The Travel Palace of Empress Catherine, the monument to Athanasius Nikitin, the White Trinity Church.

    Lunch.

    Moving to Torzhok is a rare example of urban planning in pre–revolutionary Russia.

    The city has preserved entire streets with buildings of the XVII—XIX centuries, monasteries.

    There are old manors in the surrounding area.

    Excursion program: architecture of Torzhok, visit to the museum of Gold embroidery.

    Moving to Vyshny Volochyok.

    Accommodation at the hotel.

    On request, it is possible to organize a dinner for an additional fee.

Tour booking rules

When booking a tour for one tourist, the following rules apply:

  • it is unacceptable to put a single tourist in the next row in a window seat;
  • it is allowed to land a single tourist at the window on the opposite side of the bus if there is a free pair of seats;
  • if the window seat is occupied, then put a single tourist in the next vacant chair;
  • if there are 2 occupied single seats, the third single tourist sits on one of the free chairs next to the single tourist.

For a group of up to 19 people, a minibus is provided, pre-seating in the cabin may vary.

When booking a tour for 2 tourists traveling together, seats on the bus are provided side by side – one at the aisle and one at the window. It is unacceptable to provide two seats at the window.
