The manager of the company meets you with a sign with the name of the tour.
Departure from Moscow to Ryazan by bus at 08:00.
The waiting time for latecomers is no more than 5 minutes.
Ryazan is one of the oldest cities in Central Russia. Ryazan was originally called a city located 50 kilometers from modern Ryazan, but it was completely destroyed by the Mongol-Tatars in the XIII century.
The city on the site of modern Ryazan was founded in 1095 and was called the city of Pereyaslavl (it was renamed Ryazan only under Catherine II), and the former ruined capital of the principality began to be called Old Ryazan.
The whole surrounding land was also called Ryazan. But once she argued with Moscow with her wealth and power. Much of the beauty and grandeur of the past has been preserved to the present day.
Let's make sure of this by taking a tour of the city: the Kremlin; Cathedral Square with a monument to Oleg Ryazansky; Gostiny Dvor; the building of the Noble Assembly of the Ryazan province; monuments to Yevpaty Kolovrat; the great poet Sergei Yesenin, etc.
Let's take a walk around the central park.
In the Lower garden of the park there is a sculptural composition "Mushrooms with eyes", in the Upper One there is a monument to the most famous native of the Ryazan province, Sergei Yesenin. Of course, we will take a photo to remember our stay in Ryazan!
Undoubtedly, the pearl of the city is the Ryazan Kremlin — the historical, ancient core of Ryazan.
The earthen ramparts of the Kremlin offer stunning views of the city and the vast expanses beyond the river. During its history, the Kremlin has repeatedly been rebuilt and over time a whole complex of remarkable monuments of ancient Russian culture and architecture has developed here.
We will walk around the Kremlin, admire the majestic Assumption Cathedral, built according to the project of the Russian architect Ya. Bukhvostov in the XVII century.
The height of the cathedral is 72 m, and it is the dominant feature of the entire architectural complex of the Kremlin. Let's get acquainted with other objects of the Kremlin — the Singing Building of the Vladychny Dvor, the Cherni Hotel, the two-headed Church of the Holy Spirit, etc.
Let's return to the Cathedral Park, where architectural and memorial objects are located on a small plot: the monument to Sergei Yesenin, the Church of the Savior on Yar (XVII century), Ilyinsky Cathedral, the chapel of the 900th anniversary of Ryazan.
After the tour, we will go to a cafe in the city for lunch.
Next, we will go "To the land of birch calico" — to the homeland of the great poet S.A. Yesenin in the village of Konstantinovo (43 km from Ryazan).
There are many places in Russia where you can feel the presence of a real Russian soul. One of these is the village of Konstantinovo, the birthplace of the outstanding Russian poet Sergei Yesenin. The small village is located on the high right bank of the Oka and stretches along the river for almost three kilometers.
The nature in this place is amazingly beautiful at any time of the year. From here, an immense expanse of flood meadows opens up, Meschera forests are visible on the horizon.
During our excursion to the poet's Homeland, we will visit the following expositions: The Memorial Estate of S.A. Yesenin's parents, the House of the priest I.Ya. Smirnov, the Zemstvo School, the Estate of L.I. Kashina, the Museum of the poem "Anna Snegina", the Literary Museum, the Carriage Yard.
The picturesque nature of the village and its surroundings will not leave anyone indifferent.
When you get to Konstantinovo, you realize that a POET could not have been born here.
After the end of the excursion service, we return to Ryazan and stay at the Forum 4* hotel.
Dinner (optional) at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee of 650 rubles.
