During the tasting, a girl dressed in Russian folk clothes will tell you about the history of mead, what varieties it was made in Russia, how they drank, how much they drank and when.

Excursion to the Volgorechensk fishery – the largest Russian producer of fish products, operating on the market for over 30 years. The product range includes sturgeon fish, carp and trout.
The company gained fame due to the production of high-quality black caviar of its own production, which is the main pride of the enterprise. Every year, more than 20 tons of fish and about 5 tons of caviar are sent from Volgorechensk to shops and restaurants in large cities.
The first part of the tour takes place in the open air. This is a swimming pool area for commercial fish farming, from here the fish goes to the shops. They will tell you about the history of the establishment of the farm, show the fish that they grow.
The second part of the tour takes place in the complex under the roof. This is a place where fish are grown all year round in closed water supply installations, regardless of environmental conditions. Here you will see the incubation process of sturgeon and trout caviar. You will visit the larval-fry complex. See with your own eyes how the young are grown.
You will also enjoy a tasting of fish from the Volgorechensk fishery – carp, hot and cold smoked sturgeon.
