Your journey will begin with your morning arrival at the airport or at the Mineralnye Vody railway station, where a group transfer to Yessentuki will be waiting for you.
At 12:00 you will leave for this famous resort town to explore the amazing sights of the region.
One of the main points of the program is a visit to the Zander Institute of Mechanotherapy. This unique center, created at the end of the 19th century by the Swedish scientist Gustav Zander, still operates on original devices, many of which have been preserved in their original form.
You will be able to see and try out ancient simulators that still have an effective therapeutic effect. It is not surprising that this institute still attracts guests today, because the simulators strictly dose the load and help to heal the body.
By the way, many of them are familiar to viewers from the famous movie "Love and Doves" — remember his scenes while walking through this historic building.
After visiting the institute, you will have lunch and accommodation at the Kurortny Hotel, where you can relax and gain strength. Check-in starts after 14:00.
After a short rest, you will have a walking tour of the resort area of Yessentuki. You will stroll through the Resort Park, visit the narzan galleries and see the legendary mud clinic, designed in the style of ancient Greek architecture.
Here you can also taste the famous mineral water — Essentuki-4 and Essentuki-17, which is famous for its healing properties all over the world.
In the evening, for complete relaxation and recuperation, you are offered a trip to the Pearl of the Caucasus thermal complex (additional fee 2000 rubles transfer, from 700 rubles entrance ticket).
