Day 2 - Arrival in Volgograd. Mamaev Kurgan, panorama museum "Battle of Stalingrad"
10:00 Arrival in Volgograd.
Breakfast in a cafe in the city.
11:00 Visit to the historical and memorial complex "To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" on Mamayev Kurgan.
You will have an amazing and touching visit to the memorial complex "To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" on the majestic Mamayev Kurgan, a symbol of courage and heroic fortitude.
Here, among the monuments and monuments, you will touch the great events and feats that changed the course of history. This sacred corner is filled with silence and respect, reminding of the price of freedom and heroism, and its grandeur and atmosphere cannot be forgotten.

13:00 Visit to the central Buddhist temple of Elista— the "Golden Monastery of Shakyamuni Buddha", the largest Buddhist temple in Kalmykia and one of the largest in Europe.
The impressive 63-meter building houses the second largest nine-meter Buddha statue in Russia and Europe, creating an atmosphere of spiritual grandeur and harmony.

14:30 Continuation of the sightseeing tour of Volgograd with a visit to significant city attractions: the square of the Fallen Fighters — a place of memory of heroes, the monument to Alexander Nevsky and the majestic Cathedral in his honor.
You will see the NAT Theater and learn about its cultural role in the life of the city, walk along the symbolic "zero kilometer", as well as stroll along the Central Embankment with picturesque views of the Volga River.
