Arctic summer: whales, Teriberka, waterfalls

Breakfast at the hotel (rate with accommodation), meeting with a guide in the city center.

We go to the ancient city of Cola (the first mention of Cola dates back to the 13th century), where we will visit the embankment, which overlooks the confluence of two rivers — Cola and Tuloma.

Travel over the Kola Bridge (the longest one above the Arctic Circle) to the opposite shore of the Kola Bay to the village of Abram-cape, where we will have a stunning panoramic view of the bay, the port and the whole of Murmansk.

Climb to the top of Mishukova Hill (348 meters above sea level) with a radar beacon, offering panoramic views of the Kola Bay.

We will visit waterfalls on the following rivers: on the Lavna River, on the U'ra River, on the Titovka River.

Visit to the "Valley of Glory" — a memorial complex in honor of the defenders of the Kola Arctic.

For lunch, we will visit a small cafe in the village of Titovka (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Return to the Azimut Hotel.

Let's go on tour! The average journey time to Teriberka is 3 hours, including stops (130 km on the way). 

Along the way, we make stops in picturesque places to observe the amazing landscapes of the Arctic tundra, enjoy the lakes and the northern expanses.

Arrival in Teriberka, and the first location to visit is the eternal parking lot of abandoned fishing ships ("graveyard of ships").

We go for a walk to the Dragon Eggs beach and the Teribersky Waterfall, which flows directly into the Barents Sea.

Set lunch at one of the local cafes (included in the price).

Going on a boat trip. 

If we are lucky, we will be able to observe whales during the walk.

A visit to the sandy beach of Staraya Teriberka with a heavenly swing and a ship washed up on land alone.

Return to Murmansk. 

The tour ends at the Azimut Hotel.

Before the tour, you can leave your belongings in the luggage room at the Azimut Hotel completely free of charge and pick them up after the tour before going to the airport.

We are going to an ethnic village. 

The journey time will take about 1 hour.

Arrival, acquaintance. 

The program awaits us:

• Let's meet the handsome reindeer.
• Let's treat the deer with yagel (northern moss is a favorite treat of deer).
• We'll take memorable photos, there's even a "model" deer living here.
• We will visit the national dwelling, sit on warm reindeer skins, and taste the national cuisine.
• We will take part in a cooking class.
• We will cook Sami fish soup on the fire, bake potatoes and fresh deer fillet in the coals.
• Over a cup of tea, let's talk about the Sami people. Let's talk about our history, traditions, and way of life. Let's talk about Sami and the Sami language.
• At parting, we will learn a little secret, thanks to which, perhaps, the most cherished wish will come true!

Return to the Azimut Hotel.

The approximate time of arrival in the city is 15:00-16:00.

Completion of the program.

We recommend buying tickets with departure from Murmansk after 20:00, for departure by train — after 19:00.
