Smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the premises and public areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. On the route, smoking is allowed only at a distance from the main group, without causing inconvenience to the rest of the group. On the Sredny and Rybachy Peninsula, most routes pass through the protected area of the reserve, therefore it is forbidden to throw away cigarette butts. If you smoke during the day, take care of a pocket ashtray in advance. Serious fines are provided for clogging the nature protection zone.
Mobile communication, Internet, finance. In the cities, there is a confident reception of all major mobile operators: Tele 2, MTS, Beeline, Megafon. There is no mobile connection in glamping, wi-fi is satellite, SMS messages do not come. There are many bank branches and ATMs in the city, there are round-the-clock ATMs. You can pay with a card at almost any retail outlet, cash can be useful for tips in cafes and restaurants, as well as when visiting craft workshops.
