Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival in Murmansk. Welcome dinner. Northern Lights hunting trip

Welcome to the Kola Peninsula, to the ends of the earth and to the heart of Russian Scandinavia!

We will meet at Murmansk airport and go to check into a hotel located on the main square of the city — the square of the Five Corners.

Traditionally, a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh fruits will be waiting for you in your room to relax after the flight and start the first days of the new year beautifully! The feeling of magic and celebration is everywhere.

We have a short rest at the hotel and in the evening we will meet for an atmospheric welcome dinner at the gastronomic star restaurant on the map of Murmansk. Here we will be offered to try the Arctic cuisine in an unusual design.

For an appetizer, we will have an author's interpretation of the classic salad — black olivier with Kamchatka crab, lightly salted Murmansk trout and trout roe. Kamchatka crab gives the dish a special sound. This is a truly royal delicacy, harvested in the cold waters of the Barents Sea.

In the second course, we will be served delicate Scandinavian-style halibut with fried scallops and halibut caviar with a glass of dry white wine, perfectly emphasizing all shades of flavors.

At the end of the dinner, we will try the exquisite dessert "Cranberries in sugar" made from creamy mousse, a spicy filling in the form of cranberry gel encased in white chocolate, with a cup of fragrant taiga tea.

All meals and drinks according to the program are already included in the price of the tour. All that remains is to relax and enjoy — our vibrant gastronomic journey to the ends of the earth is now open!

Let's celebrate 2027 in a great place and in great company!

After dinner, we will return to the hotel, dress warmly and go on an exciting hunt for the northern Lights. We will be accompanied by a professional photographer who will help you capture this amazing natural phenomenon, so that you can take with you not only memories, but also stunning photos.

Look how fabulously beautiful it is! All photos were taken by our photographer.

The tour was organized by the host party to the highest standard, both during the booking process and throughout the trip itself. Everything went exactly as planned, with no changes, and the program was packed with activities. I was pleasantly surprised by the gift on the final evening—a personalized certificate for crossing the Arctic Circle and a customized thermos cup. Such a thoughtful touch! A big thank you to everyone involved!
