Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Murmansk, hunting for the Northern Lights
Arrival in Murmansk.
We recommend that you arrive in Murmansk before 17:00 on the first day, so that you can check into the hotel, relax and leave your belongings.
The transfer is not included in the price of the tour. You can get to your place of residence by taxi or public transport (the cost of a taxi to Murmansk is approximately 1,000 rubles).
Dinner is optional, can be ordered independently.
Departure for the "hunt" for the Northern Lights lasting 3-5 hours.
The program includes photography. If the hunt for the northern Lights is unsuccessful, a second trip will be organized.
In case you fail to see the Northern Lights during the trips, discounts and refunds are not provided.
How does the Northern Lights hunting tour work?:
The gathering of tourists takes place near the Azimut hotel. The exact time and place of the training camp will be announced by the coordinator the day before. Please do not be late and arrive 10 minutes before the start.
The duration of the "hunt" is 3-5 hours, depending on how quickly you can find the starry sky. The northern Lights can appear at any moment!
During the photography process, group photos are taken first, then individual ones on a first-come, first-served basis.
To keep warm, you will be offered hot tea with light snacks (sweets, chocolate, cookies).
During the tour, the guide will tell you about the nature of the northern Lights, and how it happens.
After the tour, you will be taken to a hotel in Murmansk. The approximate time of return is 00:00-02:00 at night.
You will receive photos within 3-4 days after the tour the tour ended in the format of a link to Google Drive or Yandex Disk.

Day 2 - Teriberka
Breakfast.
Departure to Teriberka.
The journey from Murmansk takes about 3 hours (130 km on the way), along the way there will be 2 photo stops in picturesque places so that you can enjoy the amazing landscapes of the tundra and take photos as a souvenir. There is also a New Year's surprise waiting for you on the way.
In Teriberka you will go on a walking tour. Here you will see a cemetery of abandoned ships, natural scenery for the movie "Leviathan", a throne from "Game of Thrones" and a heavenly swing. Part of the program will take place on a sleigh (if there is sufficient snow cover).
Lunch at one of the best restaurants in Teriberka, where you will enjoy the flavors of Arctic cuisine.
After lunch, you will have a walk to the outlandish Dragon's Eggs beach with huge smooth stones resembling the eggs of huge animals, visit the waterfall and enjoy the beauty of the Barents Sea.
Return to Murmansk.
Dinner is optional, can be ordered independently.

Day 3 - Ethnic Husky Park, moving to Kirovsk
Breakfast. Room release.
Departure to the ethnic Husky Park is a unique place where nature and culture merge into a single whole.
Elan Forest is known for its picturesque landscapes and rich flora and fauna. Here you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a northern fairy tale and learn more about the life of indigenous peoples.
An ethnic program full of amazing discoveries awaits you. Elan Forest is famous for its reindeer breeding traditions, and you will have the opportunity to learn how the locals take care of these noble animals.
Dog sledding will give you an unforgettable experience. You will feel like a real explorer, rushing through the snowy expanses, surrounded by amazing winter landscapes.
After a busy morning, you will have lunch in the ethnic park, where you will taste Sami cuisine. The unique tastes will allow you to experience the full range of cultural traditions of this region.
After a busy day, you will go to Khibiny, where you will have a free evening.
Khibiny is not just a mountain, it is a real world where every stone and drop of water preserve history.
You can choose your own place for dinner and stroll around the area, enjoying the atmosphere of the Khibiny.
The day will end with a check-in at the Severnaya Hotel, where you can relax in a comfortable environment, preparing for new discoveries.

Day 4 - Snowmobile safari, panoramic restaurant at the top of the mountain, an exhibition of ice sculptures
Wake up, have breakfast and go on a snowmobile safari!
You heard right: the North has its own special safari. Four hours of snowmobile travel will give you unforgettable emotions, and the picturesque locations where you will stop for photos will allow you to capture the beauty of unspoilt nature.
Lunch will take place in the panoramic restaurant on the mountain top. The magnificent surrounding landscapes invariably delight the guests!
Here you can enjoy delicious dishes of local cuisine prepared according to a special menu.
After lunch, visit the exhibition of ice sculptures. These are real works of art created by ice axe craftsmen.
Each sculpture is not just a figure, but a whole story that you can see and feel.
There will be free time for an independent dinner in the evening. You can choose any place according to your taste and mood to spend the evening with friends or new acquaintances.
The day will end with a rest at the hotel.
After a busy day, you can relax in the SPA and enjoy various treatments to restore strength and maintain beauty.

Day 5 - Murmansk

Departure from the hotel to Murmansk.
Upon arrival in the city, you will have a sightseeing tour of the main attractions. You will pass by iconic places such as the Alyosha Monument, the Marine Station and others.
For lunch, you will visit a local restaurant where you can once again enjoy the fresh seafood and unique flavors of the region.
After lunch, you will have the opportunity to visit the local fish shop to purchase fresh delicacies as souvenirs.
The program ends in the city center, where you can stroll along the embankment, visit museums or simply enjoy the atmosphere of Murmansk.

It was a very interesting and eventful tour with plenty of great food experiences along the way. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so we weren’t able to see the Northern Lights or fully experience Teriberka, but the trip to Kirovsk turned out to be absolutely wonderful and full of memorable impressions. Our guide Olga was energetic, enthusiastic, and truly passionate about showing and telling us as much as possible! Overall, we definitely did not regret taking this trip.
