Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival in Murmansk, hunting for the Northern Lights

    Arrival in Murmansk. We recommend arriving in Murmansk before 16:00 on the first day so that you can check into the hotel, relax and leave your things.

    The transfer is not included in the price of the tour. You can get to Murmansk by taxi or public transport on your own. The cost of a taxi to Murmansk is about 1000 rubles.

    Welcome dinner at a restaurant in the center of Murmansk (included in the price of the tour). You will taste the Arctic cuisine and get to know the team.

    Departure on a Northern Lights hunting tour. The duration of the tour is 3-5 hours. 

    Photography is included in the price of the tour. 

    The tour includes 2 trips to the Northern Lights without additional charges, which increases the chances of seeing it by up to 98%!

    The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and no one can guarantee its appearance. If we do not see the northern Lights during trips to the northern Lights, then there are no discounts and refunds.

    How the Northern Lights tour works:

    • the gathering of tourists takes place in the parking lot at the entrance to the Azimut hotel (in the center of Murmansk). Approximate time of the training camp: 20:00-22:00. The exact time and place of the training camp is announced by the coordinator the day before. Please do not be late and come 10 minutes before the start;
    • departure for the tour. The duration of the hunt is 3-5 hours, depending on how quickly the starry sky is found. The northern Lights themselves can appear at any moment;
    • photography is included in the price of the tour. First, take group photos, then individual ones on a first-come, first-served basis;
    • to keep warm, you will be offered hot tea with light snacks (sweets, chocolate, cookies);
    • during the tour, the guide will tell you about the nature of the northern lights and how it happens;
    • after the tour, you will be taken to your place of residence in Murmansk. The approximate time of return to Murmansk is 00:00-02:00 at night;
    • you will receive photos after the tour for 3-4 days after the end of the tour in the format of a link to Google Drive or Yandex Disk.

All rooms are decorated in the same style and equipped with comfortable furniture.

The bathroom is equipped with high-quality plumbing, a hairdryer and necessary hygiene products.

There are establishments on site where you can try a variety of dishes.

The location of the hotel makes it easy to get to any point of the city.

The art and local history museums, the Philharmonic Hall, the puppet Theater and the Central Square are within walking distance.

The bus station and train station can be reached on foot, and the airport can be reached in about 40-50 minutes by car.
