Itinerary

Day 1 - Excursion to the waterfall, Round Mountain
We leave Murmansk at 9.00 a.m. for the Kandalaksha district.
Upon arrival, we set up a camp, assemble catamarans, and have lunch.
After lunch, we start rafting from the bridge over the Kolvica River to the camp site for beginners.
A briefing is conducted before the rafting.
After trying catamarans, we will go on an excursion to the waterfall and the settlement of Kolvica.
There is a magnificent view of the Kolvitsky Bay and the village.
Overnight on the banks of the picturesque Kolvica River.

Day 2 - Kolvitsa River – Black Threshold
Breakfast, departure to the starting point of the rafting – the bridge over the Kolvica River, preparation of catamarans, rafting on the Kolvica River to the Black Threshold.
After rafting, we return to the camp, have lunch and collect it.
Departure to the place of overnight stay – the White Sea coast near the village of Kuzreka.

Day 3 - Tonya "Tetrina". Departure
We have breakfast, pack a camp and move along the coast of the White Sea to visit the Historical and Ethnographic complex "Tonya Tetrina" - this is, in fact, an open–air museum where excursions are held.
Here we will get acquainted with the history of human development beyond the Arctic Circle.
The story of the Pomors, Lapps and the battle for the Arctic.
Here you can not only listen, but also touch with your hands, sniff with your nose, taste with your teeth, feel the tangibility of the spirit of the time.
After immersing ourselves in history and identity, we will be fed a Pomeranian lunch, and we will set off on our way back through the village of Umba – we will drive through its streets and hit the road to Murmansk.
The approximate time of return is 21.00.

A replacement set of clothes after the alloy:

sneakers/boots;
rubber boots (optional);
socks;
lingerie;
T-shirt;
long sleeve shirt;
sweater;
tight pants (jeans);
the jacket is warm.

A set of clothes for sleeping:

thermal underwear;
socks made of natural materials;
wool socks;
sports pants;
sweater;
sports hat (optional);
lingerie.

Additionally, take on the alloy:

toiletries and bath accessories;
swimsuit, swimming trunks;
fishing gear;
ointment or insect spray;
sun cream;
KLMN - Mug, spoon, bowl, knife;
personal hygiene items;
needle, thread;
matches and a lighter in a bag;
replacement contact lenses/glasses;
flashlight (in August);
camera and batteries for it;
personal equipment (tent, sleeping bag, mat). If you don't have your own equipment, you can rent it from us for free.We recommend taking a personal sleeping bag, due to hygiene reasons;
documents in sealed packaging: passport, medical insurance policy;
personal first aid kit (medications that you take all the time).
