Itinerary

Day 1 - The train journey to the Imandra station. The route to the river Chasnaiok and Goltsovka
From Murmansk, we leave at 10:12 to the Imandra station by rail on train No. 21.
Arrival at the Imandra station at 12:50.
From the Imandra station we will go up to the river Chasnaiok and Goltsovka.
We'll set up camp and walk light.
Today we will enjoy a light walk along well-read trails. After all, this is one of the most visited places in the Khibiny.

Day 2 - South Chorgorr Pass
We will pack a camp and go to the Southern Chorgorr pass.
We will go up to the observation deck and admire the views of the Kuniyok Valley and the Petrelius circuses.
We will descend into a picturesque valley and camp on the high bank of the Kuniyok River. Only mountains will surround us from all sides.

Day 3 - The route to the rescue base. A walk to the waterfall. Return to Murmansk
Today we will reach the rescue base.
Let's leave our backpacks and go on a radial walk to the most beautiful waterfall.
Let's run to another observation deck and return to the rescue base. A car will be waiting for us here.
The road to the house is no less picturesque. On the way, we will admire the Kukisvumchorr pass and the lakes that are located here.
We will arrive in Murmansk at about 21:00.

It's important to know

The base layer is thermal underwear (underwear) (thin running and warm for sleeping — 2 sets), you can replace the top of the running set with a sports T—shirt made of synthetic moisture-wicking fabric (try to exclude cotton).
The intermediate layer is a fleece jacket, exclude wool (thin fleece jacket for movement / thick for parking).
A membrane jacket or an analog (windbreaker, waterproof).
Pants are windproof or made of membrane (ideal if the pants are a designer and turn into shorts).
Socks — preferably trekking and / or others with similar properties (foot retention, moisture removal) — 2-3 pairs.
Shoes — trekking boots, preferably high (attention! shoes must be worn out, no boots).
Rubber slates for the camp (crocs/sandals and other outdoor shoes are also great).
Headdress (buff trumpet, bandana, beanie, cap).
Sunglasses, thin light gloves (in case of sunny weather, the most ordinary "working" cotton gloves will do).
Tableware: mug, spoon, bowl, flask or water bottle.
A backpack for 70-80 liters.
Personal hygiene products, wet wipes, toiletries.
If desired, you can take trekking poles.
Swimming trunks or a swimsuit — for taking water treatments + a towel (trekking and / or waffle).
Hoba (the seat).
Sunscreen (30+) and burns (such as Panthenol), lip balm (for example, Panthenol for children), individual medications (if taken as prescribed by a doctor), repellent.
The lantern is for hiking from the end of July.
An additional battery for the phone.
