Teriberka: hunting for lights and whales. Comfort tour

After breakfast, we pack our things and take a minibus further to the village of Teriberka, located on the shore of the Barents Sea (70 km).

Upon arrival, we will leave our things at the base and drive to the village of Staraya Teriberka. 

It was here that the film "Leviathan" was shot. 

The salty sea air and silence will be your constant companions during your walk, and you will definitely feel the amazing magic of this place.

Today we offer you to have lunch at a restaurant on the beach. 

Nearby, on the sandy beach, there is a huge swing, which offers a beautiful view of the endless ocean.

We will walk back to the base (5 km) along the way we will see the famous Cemetery of ships. 

Fishing vessels of the last era found their last refuge here. 

Ships yearning for the ocean, and giant boulders on which the surf breaks. 

This place is a real paradise for romantics, photographers and all those who are not indifferent to the harsh beauty of the northern seas.

After dinner, we will have the opportunity to relax before a night hunt for the northern lights. If we're lucky, we'll see him today!

Today we are waiting for the sea and a photo hunt for whales. 

After breakfast, we will walk to the pier to our ship and go to the open sea for the whole day. 

Our vessel will head west, towards Norway and the Rybachy Peninsula. 

Off the Kola Peninsula, you can find a minke whale, a humpback whale, and sometimes a fin whale. 

All year round, whales come here for shoals of fish. 

In addition, you can see other marine life, such as seals. 

There will be an opportunity to go fishing during the walk.

The trip will take us 5-6 hours, so we will arrange lunch with a snack right on the ship. 

And upon our return, we will prepare a delicious dinner from the gifts of the sea and wait for the northern lights again.

Prepare masks and thermoses, today we will go to two iconic attractions: The Battery waterfall and the beach, which the locals call the beach with dinosaur eggs. 

That's because huge boulders of perfect shape evoke associations worthy of Stephen King's books. 

And of course, we are waiting for panoramic views of the Arctic Ocean.

Upon returning from a walk, we will have lunch, pick up our things from the cabins and head back to Murmansk. 

In Murmansk, we will have the opportunity to visit the Alyosha monument, which is located in a large memorial park dedicated to the defenders of the Arctic.

Then we go to the sea station. Have you ever sent or received a postcard from the world's first nuclear icebreaker? If we are lucky, we will be able to do it straight from the icebreaker Lenin!

But it's time to rest, we're going to check in at the base. 

And for dinner we will go to the Murmansk restaurant, which serves amazing seafood dishes.

After an early breakfast, we will pack our things and leave them at the base. 

And we will go to the famous Sami village. 

Here you can pet deer, take selfies with huskies, watch arctic foxes and hand-feed rabbits! 

And also ride a banana and a reindeer sled, get acquainted with the indigenous people of the Murmansk region of the Sami, enjoy fish soup from real Sami fish "whitefish" and the national Sami drink "pakula". 

There will be an opportunity to take pictures in Sami national costumes and purchase souvenirs such as magical amulets, amulets and magnets.

In the evening, returning to Murmansk, we will pick up our things from the base and go home. But a piece of this amazing journey is now forever in our soul!
