Itinerary

Day 1 - Murmansk — Aurora Village
Gathering of participants at 13:00 at the Five Corners Square, in the parking lot in front of the Meridian Hotel.
Here we will get in a minibus and go to Kanentyavr Lake, which is 50 km from Murmansk, and check into Aurora Village.
Aurora Village is a holiday complex away from the city, consisting of 10 comfortable igloo, where on a clear night you can watch the northern Lights under a glass dome without going outside.
After lunch, we will walk around the lake, and in the evening we will relax in the igloo and wait for the shining.
Accommodation: domed houses.
Bus: 65 km.
Meals: lunch and dinner.

Day 2 - Aurora Village — Teriberka — Old Teriberka — Teriberka
After breakfast, we pack up and take a minibus to the village of Teriberka, located on the shores of the Barents Sea (70 km).
Upon arrival, we will leave our things at the base and drive to the village of Staraya Teriberka.
It was here that the movie "Leviathan" was shot.
The salty sea air and silence will be your constant companions during your walk, and you will definitely feel the amazing magic of this place.
Today we invite you to have lunch at a restaurant on the beach.
Nearby, on a sandy beach, there is a huge swing with a beautiful view of the endless ocean.
We will walk back to the base (5 km) along the way we will see the famous Graveyard of ships.
Fishing vessels from a previous era have found their last refuge here.
Ships longing for the ocean, and giant boulders against which the surf breaks.
This place is a true paradise for romantics, photographers and anyone who cares about the harsh beauty of the northern seas.
After dinner, we will have the opportunity to relax before a night hunting for the northern Lights. If we're lucky, we'll see him today!

Day 3 - Going to sea in search of whales
Today we are waiting for the sea and a photo hunt for whales.
After breakfast, we will reach the pier to our ship and set off for the whole day to the open sea.
Our vessel will head west, towards Norway and the Rybachy Peninsula.
Off the Kola Peninsula, you can find minke whales, humpback whales, and sometimes fin whales.
All year round, whales come here for shoals of fish.
In addition, you can see other marine life, such as seals.
There will be an opportunity to go fishing during the walk.
The trip will take us 5-6 hours, so we'll have lunch with a snack right on the ship.
And upon our return, we will prepare a delicious dinner from the seafood and wait for the northern Lights again.

Day 4 - Teriberka — beach with dinosaur eggs — Battery waterfall — Teriberka — Murmansk
Prepare masks and thermoses, today we will go to two iconic sights.: Battery Waterfall and the beach, which the locals call the beach with dinosaur eggs.
That's because the huge, perfectly shaped boulders evoke associations worthy of Stephen King's books.
And of course, panoramic views of the Arctic Ocean are waiting for us.
After returning from a walk, we will have lunch, pick up our things from the cabins and head back to Murmansk.
In Murmansk, we will have the opportunity to visit the Alyosha monument, which is located in a large memorial park dedicated to the defenders of the Arctic.
Then we go to the sea station. Have you ever sent or received a postcard from the world's first nuclear icebreaker? If we're lucky, we can do it straight from the icebreaker Lenin!
But it's time to rest, we're going to check in at the base.
And for dinner, we'll go to the Murmansk restaurant, which serves amazing seafood dishes.

Day 5 - Murmansk — Sami village — Murmansk
After an early breakfast, we will pack our things and leave them at the base.
Let's go to the famous Sami village.
Here you can pet deer, take selfies with huskies, watch arctic foxes and hand-feed rabbits!
You can also ride a banana and a reindeer sled, get acquainted with the indigenous Sami people of the Murmansk region, enjoy fish soup from real Sami fish "whitefish" and the national Sami drink "pakula".
There will be an opportunity to take photos in Sami national costumes and purchase memorable souvenirs such as magical amulets, amulets and magnets.
In the evening, after returning to Murmansk, we will pick up our things from the base and go home. But a piece of this amazing journey is now forever in our soul!
Due to unpredictable weather/road closures, it is necessary to purchase return tickets or tickets for flights from Murmansk no earlier than 21:00.

It's important to know

"There is no bad weather — there is poorly chosen equipment."

In autumn, it can be from -10°C to +5°C in Teriberka with rain, snow and wind, so when choosing equipment, be guided by the fact that it is not blown, warm and saves from rain.
