On the Kvarkush plateau, in 2 hours you can visit the impenetrable northern taiga, and subalpine green meadows with squat coniferous, gradually turning into birch, crooked forests, and in the rocky mountain tundra, covered with endless mosses and lichens interspersed with dwarf trees and juniper, and, finally, in high-altitude shallow marshes.

The route involves visiting the Zhigalan River, which originates in the snowfields on the eastern slopes of the Kvarkush ridge. It is a cascade of five waterfalls, which are perhaps the most picturesque in the whole Urals. Despite its inaccessibility, this wild corner of the Urals is very popular among tourists from all over Russia.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Serebryansky Kamen base
Arrival at the Serebryansky Kamen base, located 12 km from the village. Kytlym, accommodation in a well-maintained taiga house.
Rest.
Getting to know the instructor guide and the chef accompanying the group.
A hot lunch.
Discussion of the rules of conduct in the group, technical features of equipment management, safety issues, discussion of the route and other travel details.
Preparation of participants for tomorrow's departure: fitting of equipment (the organizers provide a complete set, including a dirt-proof suit, rubber boots, helmet and gloves).
The cars of the team members are located in a guarded parking lot throughout the duration of the expedition.
Optional: on the day of arrival, a sightseeing tour in comfortable cars (or minibuses, depending on the size of the group) is possible in the village. To the past.
Rest (at the request of the team, a sauna is heated, for an additional fee).
The chef is busy arranging the kitchen, setting the table, preparing a hot dinner.

Day 2 - Marathon trail, Glade of Artists, Iovskoe plateau
8:00 Get up, get ready in the morning.
9:00 Hot breakfast (according to the menu).
At the request of the expedition participants, the breakfast time can be planned in advance.
Packing of equipment (personal items, groceries, camping equipment and fuel).
Linking equipment to the trunk of ATVs.
Briefing, test passes, checking ATVs.
11:00 The start of the expedition in the direction of Konjakovsky Stone.
ATV ride to the foot of Konzhakovsky Kamen mountain — to the Iovskoye plateau (1100-1200 m above sea level).
The route to the plateau runs along a trail running along the left bank of the Serebryanka River.
Along the way, technological stops are provided for the purpose of photo shoots against the background of the taiga, a stop at one of the natural attractions of the Konjakovsky mountain range — the "Pancakes" rocks.
Located in the forest, appearing out of nowhere, these rocks remind travelers of the proximity of the Ural Ridge.
The group moves along a route that passes by century—old cedars, the path rises up, and the participants of the quad trip find themselves on the famous marathon trail, along which thousands of people challenge their abilities every summer, running up to the very top of the highest mountain in the Northern Urals - Konzhakovsky Stone.
After a while, the marathon trail opens onto the famous Glade of Artists.
The beautiful views of the surrounding mountains will not leave anyone indifferent.
That is why this place is so loved by Ural artists who come here in the summer for open-air.
After the Glade of Artists, the trail goes up sharply, after a while the team finds itself in real mountains, above the forest boundary, at an altitude of more than 1000 meters.
There is a small lake on the Iovsky plateau (at an altitude of 1125 meters).
From the east, the plateau drops steeply into the valley of the Poludnevaya River.
From the top of the plateau there is a panoramic view of the Kosvinsky stone, the Kazan Stone, the Semichelovechya Mountain.
After visiting the Iovo plateau, the group returns to the tourist base.
15:00-16:00 Rest and lunch in a clearing.
During the day, the team is provided with lunch packaged in individual lunch boxes (according to the menu).
After visiting the Iovo plateau, there is a return trip to the tourist base.
Arrival at the tourist base, located in a picturesque place at the foot of the Serebryansky Kamen ridge.
The location of the participants of the trip in warm taiga log cabins with infrastructure.
20:00 A festive feast.
A hot gourmet dinner from the chef according to the menu.
Communication of the group members.
21:00 Russian sauna with birch firewood (for an additional fee).
Overnight at the base.
It is possible to adjust the route route based on the current weather situation.
The length of the daily ATV route is 50-60 km.

Day 3 - To the Kvarkush plateau, Olvinsky Kamen Mountain, Vagran River
7:30 Get up, get ready in the morning.
8:00-9:00 Hot breakfast (according to the menu).
9:00 Refueling and preparing ATVs for departure.
Departure in the direction of the Main Ural Ridge and the Kvarkush plateau.
The route runs through the Olvinsky Kamen Mountain (1,041 m).
The lower slopes are overgrown with very dense forest, so the team carries out the first 3 kilometers of the ascent along a rocky stream flowing at the foot from the western slope of the mountain, where the snow ends melting much earlier than in other areas.
The road continues along an all-terrain track, closer to the top, greatly changing its relief and flora: a sharp ascent begins over rocks, lichen and moss surrounded by complete treelessness.
At the top, the road becomes perfectly level, here the group makes a stop for a light lunch (a hot lunch is possible by agreement, for an additional fee).
A photo shoot with stunning views of the Kvarkush plateau on one side and Konjak on the other is provided.
We cross the Olvinsky Stone along the ridge and go down the winding forest road.
We leave for the Vagran River, along which we continue moving towards the Kazan and Sosvinsky Stones to the Main Ural Ridge.
21:00 Overnight stop at a modern tourist base with comfortable accommodation conditions.
Supper.
Overnight at the campsite.
The team is gaining strength before conquering the Kvarkush plateau.
22:00 Russian bath on birch firewood (optional, for an additional fee).

Day 4 - Zhigalan waterfalls, visit to the Three Brothers outliers
7:30 Get up, get ready in the morning.

Departure from the campsite in the direction of the Kvarkush plateau.
The first goal of today is the Zhigalan Waterfalls.
Even in the middle of June, there may be a lot of snow on Zhigalan (and even more so on Kvarkusha).
But in early summer, waterfalls are most impressive due to melting snow.

Stop for lunch (at the request of the team, a hot lunch is possible, for an additional fee).
Movement along the kurumnik.
Exploring the ridge, visiting the remains of the Three Brothers (up to 12 meters high).

If you are lucky, you can meet a noble representative of the local fauna — the reindeer.
Moose, lynx, and bears are more common.
The purest water, mountain air, untouched pristine nature — all this attracts travelers with its indescribable beauty and rare splendor to these hard-to-reach places.

The total distance along the highway to Yekaterinburg: 580 km.
