The Khokhlovka Museum is the first open–air museum of wooden architecture in the Urals.
Today, Khokhlovka unites 21 monuments of wooden architecture of the late XVII – second half of the XX centuries, which represent the best examples of traditional and religious architecture of the peoples of the Kama region.
Transfer to the village of Ilyinsky.
Excursion to the Ilyinsky Regional Museum of Local Lore (Stroganov estate).
The village of Ilyinskoye from 1771 until the revolution was the capital of the Perm possessions of the Stroganovs.
The museum is located in the building of the Main Board of the Perm undivided estate of the Counts Stroganov, built in 1805, and in 1995 the Exhibition Hall of the Ilyinsky Regional Museum of Local Lore was opened in the former house of the Chief Manager of the Perm estate.
The museum's collections contain significant material on Old Believers, peasant and merchant life.
There are unique exhibits in the collection: "The Bonecracker who shocked everyone", samples of Stroganov icon painting and wood painting in the technique of the "Royal Rose".
