Day 1 - Walking tour of Tula with a visit to the Kremlin. Gingerbread Museum with a master class

Visit to the Kremlin.
Tula is an ancient Russian city that served the defense of the Moscow state for centuries, and then became the country's largest arms manufacturer. On a walk through the quarters of the Old City, you can see Tula almost exactly as Ushinsky, Tolstoy, Saltykov-Shchedrin, and Uspensky saw it.
You will walk along the Kremlin garden and the embankment, opened in September 2018, get acquainted with one of the most beautiful streets of Tula — Metallistov St., which recently became pedestrian, take a photo at the monument "Tula gingerbread".
You will get acquainted with the main sights of one of the oldest cities in Russia, learn about the most famous Tulyaks, about the past and about how our city lives now.
Gingerbread Museum with a cooking workshop.
You will get acquainted with the history of a unique ancient delicacy that came to us from the depths of the centuries, experienced ups and downs, losses and rebirth. You will be told about ancient traditions and rituals, and the secret of making will be revealed.
You will enjoy a gingerbread tasting with tea and sweets and a baking workshop. The resulting gingerbread will be beautifully packaged so that you can take it with you.

For more than 100 years, a three-story white house has been standing on a high hill above Oka. Its architecture is peculiar and original. This house was built in 1892 according to the design of Vasily Dmitrievich Polenov, the famous Russian painter. The museum can be proudly called a monument to the great Russian painter.
During the tour you will not only enjoy the nature of the Tula region, but also learn a lot of interesting facts, for example:
that Polenov's pupil was none other than Levitan;
Polenov's painting "Christ and the Sinner" was sold to Alexander III for an incredible sum, which was enough to complete the estate, build a church in Behovo and create a school for rural children.

The Trinity Church in the nearby village of Behovo was also built according to Polenov's design. Such churches are commonly called "wedding churches" for their beauty.
Polenov's friends and students took part in the interior design of the church, including even the great Russian painter Ilya Repin.
If you climb the hill near the village of Behovo, it offers a magnificent view of the Oka River with Tarusa on the horizon.
This place is called the "Cliff of Love". It is believed that lovers should kiss, standing at the edge of this cliff before the wedding in the church, and then they will stay together forever.

Day 3 - Tula city tour: weapons factory, Museum of Weapons, musical excursion to the Harmony Museum
