    The Tula Defense Museum is the only museum in the region where the heroic defense of Tula, which went down in the history of the Great Patriotic War as one of the brightest and most significant pages, is shown on such a large scale.

    The exhibition features over 60 software and hardware complexes that allow each visitor to find interesting and important things for themselves.

    Electronic encyclopedias reveal to experts and fans of military history not only the period of the city's defense, but also the history of the region during the war, and various interactive programs make it possible to find out in a playful way what was in the ambulance bag and sent to the front, what a Molotov cocktail is and how Tula was heated in the harsh winter of 1941.

    Museum visitors will see more than 1,000 authentic wartime objects.

    The Tula Gingerbread Museum is the first gingerbread museum in Russia, opened at the Staraya Tula confectionery factory back in 1996.

    The guides will take you on a fascinating tour and immerse you in the era of the gingerbread masters of the 19th century.

    They will tell about the history of the Tula printed gingerbread, how the history of the production of the Staraya Tula factory developed and traditions were formed.

    You will see a unique exhibition that has been collected for decades.

    You will feel how interesting it is to touch the history of bygone years by looking at old photographs and original documents.

    Gingerbread and candy packaging, created like a work of art by talented craftsmen, in which famous Tula gingerbread workers sold their best goods.
